I have to just say how refreshing it is to have a professional here on youtube be a completely real human who has real world issues and lets us viewers into their/our shared realities. We're here and will continue to be with you.

Thank you so much. I'm just taking it one day at a time and trying to figure out what's next. My daughter did her first dress rehearsal last night. It was magical 🥰

Love the realness. Love the honesty. I have dealt with anxiety for many many years and my meds have saved my life. There was a time I couldn’t even move. I couldn’t be a wife or mom, could barely function. Thank you for facing your issue and taking steps to not let it control your life! Love all you do!

I completely understand, I’ve been in a bad place many times before too because of anxiety. It is hard to see a way out when you’re in the worst of it, but there is hope.

You are so inspiring Stephanie! It can be a struggle to get out of a "down" time and sometimes the hardest part is being patient with yourself. What an amazing mom, wife and business owner you are, along with rescuing a lost cat!! Love seeing all you do!

Hi Stephanie, I applaud you for moving on. I seem to be stuck in a rut and very comfortable at home. Tomorrow, I will push myself to walk outside for an hour 🚶🏽‍♂I also plan to see the Dr next week. Enjoy your beautiful daughters and hubby. Happy Holidays 🎄

Seeing a doctor is a big step. I just saw a talk therapist for years until a triggering event kind of broke me. I went on meds a year ago. It took some time to get the dosage right, but they have been really helpful.

I love your OWL QUILT, it’s GORGEOUS! I’m so glad to see your video and I really admire you being SO REALISTIC in showing us one of your “Day in the Life” videos and you should definitely do more of these! If I made a video, I would probably still have my pajamas and bathrobe on with my short hair going every which way! I remember when my 3 kiddos were keeping me busy and now they’re all grown up and busy with their children. I have 6 grandkids ranging in age from 2 to 21 years old now! I hope you all have a wonderful time together and you’re able to get some sewing done too! Be kind to yourself and know that SO many people love you sweetheart!! 🥰❤️😘

It may not seem like it now but it will get better. My stepmother used to say "what a blessing" whenever something would happen, be it bad or good.

I have developed anxiety. It does interfere with my creativity. I did see a social worker for counseling. She was helpful with setting goals and methods to deal with it. Hang in there. Love the owl panel quilt! Love the basset hounds too! I had 2 when I was a child.

I did counseling for several years. Eventually I needed meds to manage it and have done pretty well on them. I'm in between insurance at the moment, so I'm waiting a few more weeks until I can get back into my doctor.
