    Well, it depence how much it should costs. The best what you can buy is Tractechs Electrac Locker, or old ARB. I prefere Electrac. Both are manual 100% lockers. "How to install" you will find in the box, it's not much complicated. For snow conditions is manual lockers much better and safer then automatic lockers. Hope this help :)

    I don't remember, but I bought them on ebay. About $250 each, I guess. But I'm not satisfied with them much.

    I would choose E-Locker from Eaton. ARB is great option as well.
