There's definitely a bug in GT7 for the weekly rewards. My event directory shows 100% all the time before I run any of the weekly races, therefore, I don't receive any weekly reward tickets. It's something in your save they add per each MONTHLY update, not weekly. So, today I'm at 100% before running any weekly races
