Slice the brownie in half bun style. Spread your favorite softened ice cream over one half then top with the other half. Wrap in plastic wrap and put into the freezer to set. Ice cream sandwiches!
I have high hopes that my daughter will not starve when she leaves for college because of you and your videos! Thanks for sharing this, I'm definitely doing this!
I wish that my daughter would have had a Dash mini when she went away to college. She now uses the mini Griddle for cooking egg whites. She loves how it keeps her egg whites round so that it will fit on her bagel breakfast sandwich.
Just made a whole box of Dunkin’ Haynes keto brownies in my little dash griddle. Ended up with 6, 4” brownies. I put nuts in. Cooked them for 5 minutes each. Beautiful. Then I bagged them individually and put them in the freezer. Let’s see how they are when defrosted 👍. Wonderful idea 👍
I bought a bunch of the Dash cookers - I make my egg waffles with PorQ Panko crumbs 1 egg + 1/8 C crumbs, mix well + cook in waffle maker. Use my bunt one with cake mixes. My pie one for pot pies and dessert pies (cover edges w/foil to avoid burning) 4 years and all still work!
What a great idea! I live in a van and don’t have an oven, but I crave brownies and homemade cookies. I haven’t used my Dash appliance (waffle maker, I think, but it could be the grill), but this sounds amazing! As soon as I get enough solar power to run it, I’ll be trying this!
I know your pain-full time, iffy frige, and currently very cold weather-baked goods seemed impossible . But, I just watched someone make all kinds of foods on the griddle with a 500w power station. I’m stoked to try it out with my waffle maker!
I travel in my van and use all the time. Uses a tiny amount of energy because it is done so fast. Walmart has a chocolate chip muffin mix No eggs need I mix up enough for one waffle. Yummy!
I tried this. Followed directions on box mix Swapped out water for brewed coffee Added choc chips after pouring 1/4 cup of batter into the mini griddle Gave it a full 10 min Let cool on a rack For brownie cookies, pour in half the amount of batter add wallnuts or.. Cook for 7 mins flipping half way through. Cool on rack.
The Dash sous vide egg cooker doesn’t get enough love! Even the largest slice of bread fits its square shape perfectly for grilled cheese sandwiches. I love using it at work.
Oh thank you so much for that. I need to try that! I got my dash Sous vide and also their pie maker at a goodwill brand new. I had the dash trio of the waffle, griddle and grill that I love and have used so much. I’m so excited to learn new ways to use them. Thanks for all the wonderful suggestions
I have several dash appliances and love all of them and your videos are super helpful!! I love to use my dash mini waffle iron for brownies, lots of crispy edges which I love!!
You could start with 1/2 box ! That is lots mini brownies 😊I am low low carb ( diabetic) so I think I would use coco my sugar and eggs and lupine or almond flour ! That should work for give a sweet brownie 😊but my dash is for Chaffles 🤷🏼♀️
🎉😊awesome video, your outstanding. Your VOICE WAS EZ on my ears, that's a plus ➕. I pray you make more videos. And I'm Singel and would like to see Singel servings. IL be back. Columbia SC
I began my collection of these mini appliances last night by ordering the mini griddle and the mini pie maker. Next will come the mini grill and waffle iron. I will be able to have some nice pot pie lunches for Hubs to take to work and myself alone at home. It will sure beat PB & J every day! I can’t wait to try the brownies! Thank you from a new subscriber!
I use a regular waffle maker because I like more edges. It will make 4 pie sections in one batch. If you add a tablespoon or two of water it will spread out easier.
I just made the same brownies last night in the dash omelate maker. It came out great. i cooked mine for 8 minutes and probably could have done another minute
I bought the Dash Mini Bowl Maker online from the Dash website.. I hadn't seen the mini one before..I'm so excited Walmart has new full size boxes of Birch Benders Cakes in 3 flavors . ..One is brownies..and they also carry keto frosting.. they are pricey.. they also carry a Duncan Hines Keto cake and a Duncan Hines Keto brownie boxed full size version .. I am going to try the brownie version in the mini dash bowl maker and put Breyers Carb Smart ice cream in it... thanks for posting this!! 🥰

This is so awesome! I love the little griddle.. need to get me one. I just got the Dash toaster oven and love it so much. Got it for my Van and camping as won't have a stove. Now the griddle looks like a good 2nd thing to get!
I just bought the Dash mini waffle iron and have been making gluten-free waffles in it. Didn't know they had a griddle too. Gonna have to go find me one of those as well. The little booklet that came with my waffle iron said to use 1/4 cup of batter. I've also cooked an egg in it for a waffle egg sandwich. Really good!
@@CounterCooking I'm on a low fodmap diet (which includes gluten-free eating) at the moment. I don't have the dash mini griddle but it is of another brand and make burgers eggs pancakes too I want try cookies on it at some point though these look yummy

I freeze the mix! I form into a roll and freeze! Cut slices when you want to mini griddle!👊🔥
Great idea!
Genius!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great idea, I’ll have to try this!
How do you roll brownie mix?
'I think I will make the fudgy brownies because I feel like if I wanted cake, I would have bought cake.' most sound reasoning I've heard all day!
The cake mix is cheaper! Wth 😂😂 I want to try these with a special homemade oil. 😉
That is absolutely the reason I abhor "cakey" brownies... Chocolate cake exists.
This kind of reminded me of the Easy Bake oven days… ahhh, the 1970s. Good times. ✌🏼☮️
You mean the one for kids? I had one!
Cook with a light bulb lol
They still make them. My neighbor, Dallas, makes them. I will buy as many as she cooks. Love the strawberry.
Complete with the little pans and cookie sheet!💕
I had one as a kid……. Loved it!!
I make Jiffy corn muffins in my dash waffle maker. They come out amazing
Great idea!
I've always wanted to do that when I make chili.
Thank you , that’s a great idea
