    Thanks Erika. This is a great tutorial. For me as a beginner, with 0 to no knowledge about anatomy, this is still easy to follow and I’m happy with the outcome.

    Erika thank you so much for these tutorials. It only took one or two for me to get going from scratch with Nomad sculpt as a complete beginner to the iPad and the app Nomad itself - now I'm creating awesome models of my own in a really surprisingly short amount of time. Many Thanks from Sydney, Australia.

    Useful tutorial & I love the disclaimer at the end about the editing making it seem easier than it might be, particularly for beginners.
    My second day experimenting with Nomad & other than some minor hiccups (such as not understanding the behavioral change of certain tools within certain scenarios) it has been very smooth & easy to work with. Am enjoying the results of my first figure so far after following this tutorial! Thank you for the content Erika

      I agree. I have been making it harder than it had to be, plus I didn’t realize that we could postpone validation (of the objects, not of ourselves, which should never be put off for very long if at all). And your delivery is so pleasant and assuring. Thanks.

    I love your videos and have rewatched a few as I train myself on Nomad. I started with Blender but Nomad is much easier and more fun and will help me when I try to model again in Blender. Thanks for your kind and amusing personality and the well-organized tutorials. I couldn't tell you were Mexican by your accent, I thought you were central European; must be that New Zealand thing. I have many Mexican friends and go there frequently but still don't speak Spanish!
    One question: you usually start with the default sphere, which is really a cube that has been rounded, rather than adding a new sphere like I have seen in other videos. Is there a reason for that? Is it both the same?
    I've also started retopologizing with Cozy Blanket but I haven't tried to animate a face yet. But you are very helpful there, too!

    • @SmallRobotStudio
      @SmallRobotStudio  Рік тому

      Hey! Sorry I didn't catch your comment before. You are very kind, thank you for the lovely words :)
      Unless I need a perfect sphere I am happy with the rounded cube, especially for organic sculpts. Sometimes I use it just because it's there but I will also often get rid of it and use the primitive that is more convenient. Hope this answers your question ☺️

      If it's alright with Ms. Casab, how about try a screenshot? 0:28 should be the right time to pause, make the window full-screen, and screenshot to use later

    Also why is your mask already blurry when you first select it?

    Hello, I had a question, do you upload android tutorials too? I watched some of your nomad videos, and I found some abilities that are in the pc version, but not in android ( as I know)
    So can I ask you to make some tutorials for android version too?
    Thanks a lot

    • @SmallRobotStudio
      @SmallRobotStudio  2 роки тому +1

      All of the videos we upload for Nomad are recorded from iOS, the features and workflow between iOS and Android are identical however. There is no PC version of Nomad.

    Anyone else experiencing issues with their saved views?
    I don't know why mine keeps going crazy...
    And sometimes when I click "move" or "drag" from the sculpting tools, it moves the entire object to a whole new location instead of sculpting it... 😅😅
    Maybe I'll try again tomorrow...
    Btw, can you make tutorials of how to make clothes/accessories?
    Let's say you already have the entire naked 3D model, with face, hair, and everything like a complete character. Just needs clothes & accessories.

      yes! I appreciate the tutorial, but I can't follow it at a reasonable speed because I can't get the camera views to work

    • @vizeath
      @vizeath 11 місяців тому

      @@kyb9623Hi, I think I found out the reason why...
      When you add a view, the nomad sculpt created a camera and treat is like an object inside the Scene menu.
      So when you need to add a second view, make sure that the first camera object is not selected...
