Unfurnished apartment, bed rooms will have cabinets/wardrobes?, washing machine, dryer are by default offering? what is the local practice? 3. for a Family of 4, what is approx m2 recommended by the muncipality? 4. are there any Agent Commission? 5. Rental agreement is issued by landlord or need to register with local muncipality?
Hi, June 2024 is way too long in the future to comment on the dynamics. How the definition of unfurnished varies per house. Bare minimum they should have wardrobes closets etc., If you hire an agent for house search, yes there is a commission. Rental agreement is issued by landlord.
