Hey Kjersti, thanks so much for the shoutout! I think the most important thing I keep going back to regarding this situation is "intentions." It was blatantly obvious that you had absolutely no negative intentions with any of your questions or comments. Your passion for interviewing is obvious, even in the way you don't make a big deal about the pronunciation of your name in order to minimize early awkwardness is super clever, I'm sure if she had expressed any discomfort with your question or comment in a constructive way, you would have been very receptive. I don't think anyone with good intentions should be talked to like that. Let me know if you need me to jump on your channel and clear a few things up 😉 haha. Also, I would personally love to know how your interview with Ryan Reynolds went for R.I.P.D. but that's a story for another time lol
Spidey in the comments!! I loved your analysis. Sometimes we feel things talking to people but don’t know why, and I think this interview was a great example because you could just see it on their faces. I still have such a hard time including Parker Posey in it. Like she’s just always weird in interviews I’ve seen now. Would love to have seen Spidey do a baseline for PP…. But also think he analyzed enough to support what we all saw. I still feel like there must be more to the interview. Maybe it’s just hoping people aren’t rude for no reason… BL had said occasionally she’s not good in interviews. Said she’s a Virgo and introverted, and hates interviews because she says dumb stuff. So as a fellow virgo, I will just say I say dumb stuff all the time that I always regret, and would never put myself out there. Love to Kjersti too though.
P.s. I would love to see Spidey do a breakdown of the Vanity Fair post for this movie. I thought they really all look like they don’t like each other at all, and would be curious a Behavioral Arts breakdown,

You are a delight! It was painful to see the Parker Posey and Blake Lively interview. They were playing the Queen Bee/Wanna Be roles, which made them unattractive. So glad you are here!
@Freem0m I'm glad that you also mentioned Parker's role in that situation where they were BOTH playing queen bees. Because it seemed like everywhere else only Blake was being called out for her rude attitude, while Parker was let off the hook. In that interview Parker was just as rude by continuing to mirror Blake's behaviour and ignoring Kjersti. Parker appeared desperate to please Blake, trying to be quirky by copying Blake's dismissive attitude towards the interviewer. If Parker had had her own stance and had not been swayed by Blake's influence, she could have demonstrated grace by redirecting the attention back to Kjersti. Instead, Parker succumbed to the power play established by Blake. Both Blake and Parker displayed a lack of grace and manners.
@@divineoliva9967I think some people just interpreted Parker differently. I saw her as more pacifying and trying to diffuse the situation rather than inflame it or join in with Blake. She was trying to do damage control in a socially delicate way while being careful to not enrage her powerful and petty coworker. Would I rather she shut it down outright, sure, but that isn’t always realistic and I don’t necessarily blame her for being in an awkward situation. I think some others see it like this too.
@@bombadillo I understand where you're coming from and respect your viewpoint on Parker's behaviour. From what I've observed, her actions didn't seem to warrant giving her the benefit of the doubt. Although Parker may have intended to defuse the situation, I feel that her demeanor didn't effectively communicate that. Instead, she seemed to align more with Blake's mean-spirited approach, rather than trying to alleviate the tension. It looked like they were ganging up on Kjersti, treating her as if she were insignificant to them and hence did not merit their courtesy. In my view, Lively was not particularly lovely, and Posey was merely posing than being genuine.
I did not need an expert to show how uncomfortable you were and being disrespected by the school girls. But its nice to see what experts see and their analysis.

Women who bully other women without any reason? I feel disgusted by their behaviour. This clip should have been shown immediately after the interview. It takes a lot of courage to call out bullies. And to call it out by sharing an actual video of you being bullied while doing your job, that's brave. Especially when the bullies in question are very wealthy celebrities with expensive PR and lawyers! And when you don't even know what the reaction will be.

I could listen to you talk forever, you are so relaxing, it makes it even weirder how mean they were to you. Your hair is also amazing. You give me the sense that you could do anything.
Norwegian poise and high emotional intelligence. Beautiful vocabulary and a strong personality. No wonder half of those celebrities lose their wits during your interviews. They sense your natural dominance upon them. A highly educated person like you will always outshine them. Some people are just strong and smart. I admire you a lot and I only see you on a screen. In person your aura must be strong and bright to intimidate fake people.

Thank you. I really try to make it more interesting for everyone.
I don’t know what it is about you but if I were famous I’d want to be interviewed by someone like you! Your aura and overall personality is down-to-earth and calming. I feel like most people get nervous while doing interviews but I feel they can relax a great deal around you. They get asked interesting questions while being in a safe and comfortable space, nothing better! ❤ btw I love your name so much Kjersti ❤
Thank you so much
I have noticed how professional and intelligent your questions were during the interviews with actors, it was a pleasure to see you. I felt so sorry for the mistreatment with Blake and Parker,
it just shows who they are, you didn't asked anything wrong.
Much Love, keep up the good work! ❤
Thank you so much
Suddenly you’re my new mentor
Aw, thank you!! What a compliment.
Spidey is amazing human being ❤
Blake Lively brought back some very unpleasant High School memories of bullies in the cafeteria for me during this interview.
You are just precious!! I’ve followed Spidey for years and love his videos. You handled that interview with such grace and maturity. You are a credit to your profession 👏🏻
Thank you!
Girl! I support you doing this 100%.
It’s not just about Blake - she is awful in general but people will be more professional going forward. I’m glad this is an issue!
I was going to comment the same! I fully support her talking about it as much as possible! She deserves it after waiting so long.
Heia på dæ Kjersti! The way you handled the immature mean girl bully is so graceful and professional.
It takes a lot of courage to call out bullies. And to call it out by sharing an actual video of you being bullied while doing your job, that's brave. Especially when the bullies in question are very wealthy celebrities with expensive PR and lawyers! And when you don't even know what the reaction will be.
Thank you so much for saying that!!
I m so proud of you for calling it out like it is and standing up for yourself.
You are the HERO of this interview. And I love Spidey. That’s why I am here. 💕
Thank you
Kjersti…you’ve become a hero of sorts! Bravo 👏🏻
aw, thank you
@@Flaawsometalk Just subscribed to your cool channel! I’m sure more will join. 🌟
I've loved hearing you talk through this. You seem real authentic, like you're not at all looking for attention, you're just sharing your story and hoping it can have a positive outcome. Bravo!
You're just wonderful. You radiate genuineness and kindness. Blessings ❤
Would love to see more videos of old interviews! And your take on certain interviews and how they went! Good and bad.
Will do!
I’ve watched two body language guys regarding your interview! You are such an amazing interviewer. So calm and collected. Well done!
Still so sorry this happened to you! I'm glad you're still getting the recognition for this.
So nice of you to confirm what Spidey has been analysing, he is such a kind hearted individual who has so much respect towards the people he is analysing and he is so good at what he does! The two of you should collaborate, you know :)
I’ve been really excited to see all of your uploads and can’t wait to see what else you have in store for us.
So happy to hear that. Thank you!!
Your original interview video has crossed over into all my UA-cam platforms, it’s so interesting on so many levels!
Thank you Kjersti for sharing your perspective. My late father did a foreign exchange program when he was a child with a boy from Norway. He went there for months and the boy came to live with him in America for months as well. They stayed in touch and remained friends their whole lives. I always admired the people of Norway since the . I found you all to be so kind and thoughtful
What a great story. Thank you
I'm here as A Behavioral Arts subscriber. And I just wanted to say hi. You seem very mindful of yourself. Much respect to you
Blake was been a Mean Girl, I think she wanted to have a Scarlett Johansson moment at your expense and she couldn't make fetch happen! I'm glad people are calling out her real true colors
ohhhhh inserting ryan reynolds’s at the end was good lol
Lol yeah. I noticed that too
He's much kinder than his wife
You just have the best vibe. Love watching your videos!
You’re a really lovely lady and a great interviewer, interviewees permitting !
Thank you so much!
You were grace under fire - outclassed both of them.
I love your interviews I feel like as a shy person if I was a celebrity Id feel so relaxed with you! And not all interviewers have that talent
Very fascinating behind the scenes stuff. Originally came here a week or two ago thru a link in the new article about Blake to see what everyone was talking about. And now subscribed, it's a good channel :)
So happy to hear that. Thank you
I’m so happy to have found this channel through Spidey. ❤❤❤
Saw that video by 'Behavioural Arts' on You Tube. Excellent video and he is an incredible analyzer!
You do make interviews more interesting. I feel bad for what you went through but I’m glad you’ve moved on and not hold grudges. Your genuine personality shines through. ❤❤❤❤
Really felt for you. Thanks for responding so get some insight into how these things work and how you were feeling.
You did an incredible job with the interview. It was a movie about the old times it’s very common to be inquisitive about the clothes people wore in older times.
Blake is and has been rude in a lot of her interviews.
You did a great job of exposing her rude behaviour. I’m just appalled that she hasn’t apologised
@@tnijoo5109 don't hold your breath. She's a spoiled princess who obviously thinks she's done nothing wrong
I follow Spidey! He is amazing 🤩
Kjersti, I only discovered your channel via @TheBehaviouralArts analysis and like others, I’m loving seeing your input and hearing for the first time about how it is to be person asking the questions. Sorry you had to go through this and kudos for being brave enough to put this interview out there. 🙌 Spidey is a top notch guy and the content he puts out is phenomenal. I’ve learnt so much from it! A collaboration between you two would be amazing - please do it!
You’re a sweetheart! Loved the back & forth with you & Jennifer Aniston
Thank you so much!!
I’m here for Spidey ❤ Can’t imagine doing your job! Way to be professional and graceful!
Found you from Spidey, The Behavioral Arts. Your response here was a class act. (OK, now I'm questioning myself about using an American idiom to a Norwegian. ) 🦋👩🦰
Spidey, the behavioral arts guy. I watch him a lot, he is really good. !
I love Spidey from the Behavioral Arts and it was so nice to see this follow-up! What a nightmare you walked into that day!
I hope you gather so many more subscribers. Your professional observations and perspectives are very interesting
Transparency, that’s Class
You have our complete support! If anyone ever tries to silence you, let us know & we'll take care of it. They have power, but they are NOBODY without us, the consumers!
I think what you have to look forward too is all the celebs being EXTREMELY nice to you from now on. There's going to be oscarworthy performances coming up.
😂😂😂
I hope you don't get backlash from the industry. It was classy to wait for the right time to release your interview with the mean girls. I could listen to you talk forever, you are so relaxing, it makes it even weirder how mean they were to you. Your hair is also amazing. You give me the sense that you could do anything.
That Jennifer Aniston clip was so cute. That’s the type of energy we should always be seeing from these sort of interviews.
Yes! Thank you
Norwegian poise and high emotional intelligence.
Wow, thank you. I don't even know how to respond to such a beautiful compliment.
I just watched his video this morning too, so interesting and spot on!! Much love to you Kjersti ❤
Spidey and also The Behavior Panel with Scott Rouse and others is so amazing
He is amazing! Sorry about what happened to you on that interview, I think you handled it pretty great!
Hi Kjersti, I’m so glad you’re taking the opportunity to tackle workplace bullying. I think most of us have been on the receiving end of that kind of mean girl bullying whether in school or at the workplace.
I ❤ your long, curly, silky, golden locks! It’s not DRY with FLYAWAYS! 👸Beautiful Queen! I love your name & accent! Also, I always play with my finger tips to self soothe my anxiety!
I watched that video, too! ❤ Great video!
Your keeping a calm demeanor was so admirable in that interview. You've got so many new fans now...all things work to the good, as they say !
💞💕
I live in Sweden and have known a few Norwegians and they are all pretty amazing people, I don’t know if it’s the country but you seem pretty amazing too. ❤ It’s such a breath of fresh air to see someone who is humble and relatable and understands what it is to be a good human being.
I love how you are responsive to all these videos! I always come back to your channel to see what’s up lol
It was really interesting. Your way of thinking and working is different and I think it make your interviews more interesting, you’re totally right. If the actor have a great moment the spectators also will. This is so simple, but not so easy 😂
How did i miss this one?! I look forward to the collab with TheBehavioralArts. You and Jennifer were adorable.. fun seeing snippets of your interviews and hearing behind-the-scenes stuff and your personal thoughts. You're one class act! Funny and very interesting.. i see great things on the horizon! I was involved in the entertainment business a while back and this is allowing me to enjoy from a comfortable seat. Thanks =D
Thank you so much 💗
So nice to see the balance of actors who are engaging and care about the pronunciation of your name. It’s says a lot about them 👌
Love the way you present yourself ❤
