Xdefiant has the best gameplay a free to play FPS game has offered in a while. Fast paced, aggressive, great gunplay, and smooth movement. Sure there are bugs and problems, but for the game being so new, I am having a very fun time and enjoying Xdefiant very much! The game isn't bad, but when you have camping players with sniper rifles it gets exhausting. Biggest reason why my K/D isn't higher. Too many camping snipers.

I may be alone in saying this, but in a game with such a high ttk, snipers shouldn't be able to get collats. I'm even on the fence about them being 1 shot. You can quickscope, there no nerf to your movement, and they reload faster than a lot of other weapons. I usually don't snipe, but I've been taking advantage of it myself.
I think they should have a smaller one hit zone

@helix4267 I think the early ones are shoulders up. But I've been seeing clips where the guy sniping is eating bullets and 1 shotting people in the leg or the stomach. In other shooters, you can get the jump on the sniper. 3 or 4 shots and you win. You put half a mag into the sniper and still die. Then some detective will go over the footage like, "Shots 3 and 4 missed because of recoil, shots 11 and 14 didn't hit the actual hit box." Where the rest of the shots go? Smh
Yeah honestly getting one shot in this game when I actually have a time to kill using any other weapon is frustrating. Like imagine trying to play and thinking your skills are pretty decent, but because you get oneshot by getting hit in the pinkie toe that it just doesn't matter. Snipers have no business winning so consistently in close range engagements. Maybe increase the time to scope in, increase scope sway and increase reload time to make them balanced in most situations
@generalmits You add in that Libertad can heal "basically" on demand. And you can bunny hop and air strafe with no penalties. Sniping is OP. Xdefiant is a new game that's basically what BO4 was supposed to be. A hero shooter with cods gun mechanics. They could've kept the reg gun mechanics the same and tied sniping to a certain faction. A heavy character, slow movement, and ads, but powerful. It could've been a special ability where you get 30 seconds to go wild or a Hot Shot trait. People would've loved it. But since they went this way, there's no going back. Any nerf to snipers will bring heavy backlash. They need to lower the ttk for all other weapons.
i mean for one ur movement is slower, u get a lot of hit markers , reload slow, and ur screwed whenever ur too close to someone b hopping. i dont get it y wouldn’t a sniper be one shot ? that’s the whole point of them buddy if thts the case they would just be dmrs. just cause u see someone rlly good w a sniper doesn’t mean it’s easy

I know that the Kar98k is coming back to MW3 but i dont know man. I watch the gameplay of the gun in multiplayer and i think is gonna be just like a "fastest" version of a SAB 50.
Hope it kills of One shot in warzone in at least 50 meters, if not, this is gonna be without doubt the worst season in the entire game.
The snipers are too powerful. You can't compete with them if using anything else unfortunately.

It's just a saying, and it wouldn't be so wrong, because even if it's the ones who make balance decisions are raven software, they first have to confirm with both financial and human resources managers of activision to make sure that those decisions are correct for everyone.

Ye something is off, scope sensitivity is crazy fast - I've never had to change multipliers in any game before

I know! Honestly it's kind of crazy. According to mouse-sensitivity you have to set high zoom to 0.24(!!!!) to get the same feeling

How do you get a 1:1 ADS? Or atleast get it similar to legacy on COD?
@kids6233 every attatchment you put on has to have + ADS speed, I rock the level one sniper with max ADS speed and I easily get 4-5k sprees before dying, tac-50? That's pussy shit just got gud

Played the game for like 2 hours and got EXTREMELY bored... Once you go through all the maps, there's no reason to play anymore.
The grind is so tedious, the gameplay feels so 2005.

XDefiant isn't a bad game, but the player base that camps with snipers or does a full "sneak attack from behind" are kibda the worst. It's annoying that they can pretty much camp outside your respawn and kill you.
The game feels clunky. The shots are inconsistent. Not a fan of the game.

Snipers aren’t that good if the opponent has any idea how movement and momentum work. If they do more that run, single jump, or single slide it’s so hard to track
