My parents research genealogy and have collected a lot of photos of the great-grandparents and great-great aunts, etc over the years. My mother is a crafter and she likes decoupaging everything. She made copies of all of the very old photos of everyone, baby pictures of aunts, uncles, cousins, all the way up to my fourth great grandfather on various items. I can't remember all of them now but one of the items was a wood footstool I 'think' my grandfather made. She took these items to the family reunion every year and along with other items other people brought, each was auctioned off to the highest bidder, and this money paid for the following reunion the next year. Her decoupaged foot stool brought lots of money as well as the photo albums she put together. They were really nice and a great idea.
Hello. You're "not overloading" me. I was already overloaded before I watched and subscribed to your video. I'm overwhelmed because I'm so inspired with so many ideas that it blows my mind. If I had a million dollars, I would be broke 💔 because I would buy all of my art supplies. I'm so excited to know that this is my life for the rest of my life, and I am so content with that. I finally love me. ❤️ Thank you, lady. 😊
I comment the same thing just about every time that I watch your videos and I’m going to say it again “ you’re awesome and you’re so creative I love everything that you do and no matter what it is you make it look beautiful “ thank you so for sharing your ideas with us sweet lady ! 👏👏
U could NEVER overload me w your videos! I loved every single project! Decopaguing brings me back to the 60s in elementary school. I have ALWAYS enjoyed it...so THANQ🧡💚💛
WOWSERS IMPRESSIVE USEFUL AND RECYCLING!!! I'm going to share this with a group that I share challenges with every couple of weeks I'll be sharing it in a few Weeks. I hope it gets you more subs! 💓🐞💕
I have boxes of pictures that are old chipped or fading. You just gave me a brilliant idea to bring them back to life. I LOVE your channel. Thanks for sharing.
Saran wrap! Why have I never thought of that! I won't lie I do like the bumpy and wrinkly look usually, but sometimes it just isn't right. Thanks for the great tips!
Beautiful work! Incredibly guided for any level of skill or effort. I am very interested in all your projects. Thank you for turning a " tourist " into a pro! Yeah. That is how you do it! M
Hi 👋 do you have any videos on how to clean and how to care for your paint brushes as well as what types (hair) of brushes are needed for each different process? Thanks from New Brunswick 🇨🇦
I tried to découpage many years ago. Nothing came out very good so I stopped trying. Thanks to you I decided to try again. This time they came out beautiful to me. I have to try the iron method. You make it look easy. Thank you
Thanks for revisiting some techniques. I had completely forgotten about the decoupage and ironing on the graphic! Love all your videos and how you upcycle more than buying new objects to craft with!
Question-can I use a spray sealer or do I have to use a brush on? Not 100% the sealer I need comes in a spray but thought I’d ask before I buy anything.
I don't want to use a white background and I want to use "pieces" of the napkin, not wanting to cover the entire surface. How do I keep the edges of the napkin piece from showing? I used water to tear edges but still had edges as I could not tear right up to the design. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you

Hi! Can you do this on wood?
Yes
Can you use a heat press instead of an iron?
Yes
Can I use inkjet printer?
Yes you can just seal with hairspray before you add mod podge to set the ink
Oh no, I painted that oil painting u painted over….😲😢
😜😜😜😜 gotcha, just kidding! I love ur makeovers!
Lol!!! I am always nervous doing that just for that reason :) you made me giggle
Also, I like the wrinkles in decoupage because it's has a vintage look like it's been through some tragic. 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹

I used water to tear edges but still had edges as I could not tear right up to the design. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you
That’s difficult. The edge will always show unless you can paint right up to edge
