    Love it coach! Great message to the athletes who might not have a "HS Strength Coach". The HS I work at we have a 3 day in season routine!
    Monday: Lower Body Emphasis
    Wednesday: Total Body- Sprints-Power Clean-Upper Body, Weights move FAST!
    Friday: GAMEDAY
    Saturday: Total Body Flush-Get your body back to square 1
