this is actually garbage i cant even connect my phone with the computer by the qr code and by my ip and the other thing. It doesnt work

@KeOn I sent them an email and they said make sure streamlabs isnt blocked by firewall. It's working now. Wish we could edit the buttons
OKAY SUPER IMPORTANT!!!!!
For many people you may need to enable in/out connections for streamlabs via whatever firewall you are using. I have tested this on both Windows Defender, and Avast and it solves the issue of not being able to connect to the remote control via the QR code or manually. Streamlabs should really add this to the video to remove some of the confusion!
Edit: well now I see why they didn't say anything because it all the sudden stopped working lol. They need to get that figured out. That is a super unusable app and when I see shit like that going back for multiple years it makes me not trust a service.

i am having a issue, i am using a iphone with this and when i try to connect it with the qr code it comes back as "Failed to Connect". when i try to do it Manually it still says "Failed to Connect" both IPhone and PC are connected to the Same WIFI. is there something im doing wrong, can you help with this issue?

i fixed it i have an andriod so i downloaded a qr scanner and i scanned the code and it was a link taped on the link and it worked so now i can do all that stuff.
Surprised this isn't behind the Prime paywall yet
Streamlabs mobile app should also be able to connect to deck. Would be easier for people who directly stream from phone.

Tried it but it doesnt work. It either never scans or it says the app needs to be on the same wifi network but my pc is wired and isnt on wifi.
i go to the chat tab and it shows options for twitch chat, youtube chat etc but i cant select any of them. wtf

There is a chat tab but when I click on It there is no chat. All it shows is a box that says UA-cam. I click on it and nothing happens. If anyone knows what's up and how I can fix this can you let me know?

You can't connect to youtube from app. Like atl all.
Is there some posibility to record live video with two cameras.. not at the same time..only by chosing the best one. Another can be the cellphone and another webcam, if needed.

i am trying to connect streamlabs OBS mobile on my iPhone with my streamlabs on my pc but it is saying, "make sure you are on the same wifi as your streamlabs OBS," on the top of my phone and then at the bottom it says, "failed to connect." Is it because my pc is wired connection to my router by Ethernet and not wireless connection? Can anyone help? Thank you

I got a question about using streamlabs and using it with CloudOBS. I don't know how to get the alerts to play on my phone. Using IRL backpack and cant get JUST alert audio, only way i have found is have the stream up but then i hear myself and stream audio as well. Is there something i'm missing here?

ive been battling with why my camera goes blurry when i try to scan the QR code and it almost made me cry...i still dont know why till now
Seems to have focusing issues. Try making the image of the QR code bigger. You could use WIndows Magnifier or Apple Zoom to do this

why does my camera not focus on the code pls help
have you tried to bring the cam super close to the screen? i have to do that myself, it wont focus until im like all up it its grill lol but i put SLOBS on my TV not my monitor and its much larger view. also check the cam on back of phone to be sure no smudges etc same thing like if you using fingerprint unlock, it can be tricky. idk good luck i hope you got it working by now anyway!
