i knw ur guys r pros n all so i knw u didnt clean the inside of fender for a "good" reason but fyi for others looking to roll their own fenders thoroughly clean inside fender well to remove dirt and rocks& cobb webs so u dont make bumps ,or high /low spots on outside of fender. love that the neglected Audi is getting its lovin
Hey quit screwing around and get out the sawsall ! It's not a restomod so who gives a hoot. The body shop can put a lip on it if ya like. 1/2" conduit works great for the bead. Any who a race car needs white so the dents and waves don't show much. Wheel spacers are not kool.They kill wheel bearings and screw with the scrub radius as well as roll centers. Get a rim that fits right next time. And pay Dan to do the work, boss.He is skilled.
