I once tried to recreate the recipe and it came it horrible. The famichiki gods had punished me for trying to recreate something so divine. However, I will try thus
@@bentobuster6995 thanks, I was surprised I have almost all the ingredients already just have to pick up and prep some chicken and get some citric acid and I'm golden, I haven't been this excited in ages, you earned yourself a like a sub for sure.
Thank you for the recipe. Quick question, you listed 2 tsp skim milk for the breading but it looked like you only mixed dry ingredients in the video. Was this a discrepancy or was the milk added off camera?
Hi Why and What’s the connection? the British guy you mean? Unfortunately I don’t watch his videos so I’ve got no idea what you mean. Ive been abroad in Japan for the past 25 years that’s enough reality for me.
@@IamHakone-di8im I see. I was a bit confused at first. It sure what the connection is. It’s family mart item abs I live next door to family mart. I’ve reviewed it a few time over the past years. Been her 25 years so far and bit longer than the British guy …
@ ok its important it’s a game changer. I used it for the first time ever for this and it gives it a certain vibe that lifts it. Best enjoyed freshly cooked btw.

What is the replacement of citric acid if not available
Maybe Lemon juice? The acid It really makes it. It gives it an extra lift.
which vinegar to use?
I just used Japanese black vinegar (kurosu) but any type will do, e.g. like apple or malt
@@bentobuster6995 Thanks for responding, I used the apple one just now but I don't run the risk of altering the final flavor?
@@Mentalidadeempauta add a wee bit more sugar if you want it gooey

How much chicken do you use for this recipe? Like if I had to scale it up or down what would the basis be? 500g? 1kg?
That piece is maybe 360 grams to 400.
Thank you so much master hehehe
