When Eliza says "heaven forbid someone whisper he's part of some scheme" You look at the three, and you see a glimpse of sympathy on their faces... But then Madison's and Jefferson's turn into ones of malace... like they know this could be Hamilton's downfall. They just became, I don't know how to describe it... but they saw this as a politcal advantage in a way? That's what I saw atleast. But Burr, the sympathy remained on his face. Almost like he felt *bad* for the Hamilton family... I mean he was in an affair before, and I guess maybe he saw his past self reflected in a different way. Sorry for the small analysis, and if I wasted your time. Just thought it was a great portrayal of emotions. Takes some skill to pull it off, so props to you!

My my myyyy this is so beautiful.. I'd like to say even more, but, uh, I'm really bad at English grammar, I'm sorry(I'm from Russia) But still I gonna try..I absolutely love the image that you gave Alexander. I watched all your animatics when they just came out. And I noticed that unlike other interpretations on UA-cam, this Alexander is bolder, more cocky and daring. And I definitely adored this Hamilton. While almost everyone tried to smooth him out, you have made a great job not making him a perfect smiley guy, but a strong character. I look at him, and think "Yeah, this guy will never be satisfied with what he has in life". He looks alive to me, when I see how bold and reckless he is in "Aaron Burr, sir" and "A farmer refuted", but how he truly regrets his cheating on his beloved wife here. What I want to say is..This Hamilton is alive. Because he is not a perfect guy from a very start. It's not just about the songs, they're the same in every animatic. It's about how he acting during them. Many autors trying to make him cuter, calmer, to make him perfect. It's like they're trying to justify him or make him more likable doing that. But nothing is black and white. No body's perfect, and Alex is no different. And looking at this Ham I can imagine how he makes all of those mistakes. As well I can imagine him in sorrow and regret because of his own actions or loss of his loved ones. I think that's the best interpretation of this cocky Founding father so far. Also, your style is amazing!!

Okay but, Honestly I've never seen any burn animatic quite as beautiful as this one. Not only did you choose a fantastic cover, I especially like how you showed Eliza remembering the way things used to be. I've really never seen anyone do that, even though it really makes the most sense for this situation. (Not to mention it made it more interesting to watch!) Also, the moment at the end where Alexander started breaking down himself is something I haven't seen much in a burn animatic, and I legit almost started pitying him. 👏👏👏 Well done!!!

The singer’s voice is lovely but she messes with the melody far too much The melodies in Hamilton are themes and link to other songs and are representative of characters - taking away the notes she ends lines on changes the whole feel. The end of “mine” and “burn” in this is the same three note melody as the end of “helpless” and taking that away just.... As a stand alone cover it’s nice and she sings well and all her changes work but it just doesn’t fit in the context of the character and the story Edit: also, on my favourite part of the original song “your enemies whisper so you have to scream” the volume gets louder and she belts ‘you have to scream’ and I understand changing stuff for a cover but the softer delivery of that line doesn’t work for me....

I love how you took advantage of the lines "You built me palaces out of paragraphs, you built me cathedrals" and then burned the palace, symbolizing Eliza calling out Alexander for his obsession with writing and legacy and destroying what brought them even closer. This is so creatively constructed and I love seeing something unique being brought to the table when it comes to Burn animatics :) one of my favorire animatics for sure!
I love how even today... Hamilton fans are still making amazing works of art and this animatic is amazing! The art style gives me a Disney feel and it this whole animatic feels like a professionally animated musical. The shots and the poses are outstanding and are so well done. And when Jefferson, Madison, and Burr show up and are sympathetic for Eliza adds to the emotion. It shows that even Hamilton's worse enemies feel awful about what he did and wishes his family the best. i dont know if im right on this but i love how you take the advantage of the fire with the shots of eliza! i've always thought fire perfectly captured eliza, because eliza at the beginning of the musical is so soft and warm and comforting, like a campfire, but when burn comes around she's angry and destructive (with her letters i mean) just like how a fire can actually get! i love how the fire shaped into a soft gentle angelica before later on switching into maria and alex and the colors turn red! its really cool!!
