The "X of Loathing" series is so well written, I'd love to see you continue this one (it's called Shadows Over Loathing). Also, the color puzzle (15:36) was related to the colors of the rainbow (so Red = A, orange = B, yellow = C, green = D, blue = E, indigo = F, violet = G).
I watched the 2 year old west of loathing video the other day and then Kevin blessed me with 40 more minutes of stickman shenanigans and I can not be more at peace.
If Kevin liked this game, he’d probably enjoy playing the other two predecessors of this one. West of Loathing and Kingdom of Loathing. Whether you play them for your channel or on your own time, I’d highly recommend them. They’ll give you some of the best belly laughs.
As I was watching, I was struck by how similar it was to the humor and art style of Kingdom Of Loathing. It was at that point that I searched, and saw that it was, indeed, related. I played KOL like 15 years ago, and was addicted to it for a while. :-)
Juan was a Spanish Bullfighter who died in 1962, Gertrude was the first woman to swim across the English Channel, and John was most likely the Actor/Director who died in 1936 and not the painter who died in 1897.
brilliant video. these games are always great, and the format of this one showcased it really well! I liked that it was a bit slower so that we could see more of the "story" and enjoy more of the jokes and puzzles. Would love to see more of this game!
I think I played an older version of this game as a flash game on a website. I love how it constantly suggests the most rediculous ideas and makes it the storyline.
I shall rewatch this until it gets enough views to warrant a sequel! Ever since Kevin last did this game, I was hoping he would re-try it! The humor is on point for him, even if the gameplay isn't usually his thing (big walls of texts, grinding, needing to read through the dialogue to understand what to do next).
I normally don’t like watching people play video games but for some reason I find these videos so entertaining. Sometimes I don’t even watch, I just have the video playing while I do something else as if I’m listening to a podcast 😂
