My favorite roller coaster there is Lightning Rod, followed by Big Bear Mountain, Thunderhead, Wild Eagle, Firechaser Express, Tennessee Tornado, Dragonflier, Blazing Fury, and Mystery Mine.
i go to dollywood every month, here’s my list! 1. mystery mine- forever my fav i love the theming 2. lighting rod- love the air time 3. wild eagle- i love the inversions 4. big bear mountain- love the launches! 5. tennessee tornado- so fun 6. firechaser express- backwards section is so great 7. thunder head- suprising fast! 8. dragon flier - wish it was longer tbh 9. blazing fury- a classic but i prefer more thrilling rides. 10. whistle punk chaser-baby ride.
This is my 3 out of 30 favorite parks I’ve been to. All so every ride (except for firechaser) is butter smooth🧈😂 but I haven’t rode Tennessee tornado cuz it was closed for maintenance I think .:(
@ ummmm probably my second favorite would be BGW and then my favorite would be the point that cedaring (or just be normal not like me and call it cedar point)
It’s weird to compare Fire Chaser Express launch to Flight of fears, when in 1996 the Outer Limits was the first to ever to use the LIM launch System. So 1996 tech 0-54 mph in 6 seconds vs 2014 tire propelled launch 0-16 mph in 1.1 sec.
My Mom lost a worry stone out of her pocket on the lightning rod the beginning of October. Hope it didn’t hit anybody! The thunderhead made me sick. I had to actually sit down after, and I will never do the eagles nest again. My feet need to be planted on a solid surface, thank you!
So what’s your favorite ride there? And the roughness might have made sick in Thunderhead so the closer you sit towards the front, the smoother it is! And they recently put new track on it so it’s smoother now as well. Hope you can try it again some time because it’s great when you get a good ride!
@@CoasterNerdssI like the Tennessee Tornado and the Daredevil Falls, as well as the small miner ride that does not go upside down, which for whatever reason I cannot remember the name of.
Love this park!

Why is Mystery Mine so low?
@CoasterNerdss I wish it was higher, but it was kind of rough, and the beginning of the ride was nothing special.
@@mitchellries256 that’s fair, that’s fair

Nice list, I agree that mystery mine is definitely underrated and great, why is thunderhead so low though?

Nice, what parks do you have ranked above Dollywood?

I’m not trying to compare, I’m just saying that while some people think that Flight of Fear has an amazing launch, I think it’s overrated

@ are you talking about Whistlepunk Chaser or Blazing Fury?
Here’s how I would rank the 10 coasters:
1. Lightning Rod
2. Big Bear Mountain
3. Mystery Mine
4. Thunderhead
5. Dragonflier
6. Tennessee Tornado
7. Firechaser Express
8. Wild Eagle
9. Blazing Fury
10. Whistlepunk Chaser
Glad I’m not the only one who thinks Wild Eagle is boring, I didn’t know Big Bear was so good though!! Can’t wait to try it!
@ I liked Wild Eagle but I thought the other coasters were stronger than it
Agreed, why do you have Tennessee Tornado so low though?
@ it’s a little bit too short despite being an awesome ride. Another element or 2 could’ve gone a long way
That’s fair
Trash list! Blazing Fury is OBVIOUSLY the best coaster in the park!
Sorry!! It was closed for maintenance and I was pretty disappointed, hopefully I’ll get on it next time and update the list!
