@Ace Degenerate and yet it would be something you'd never do cause you're too busy complaining and criticizing and not doing anything useful for anyone. So tell yourself that it's just copy and paste and go do it on every song you listen to on youtube and when you are about to stop just tell yourself to calm down and continue to keep copying and pasting.
@Ace Degenerate nothing wrong with being a cashier anywhere. Anyone who does an honest job to make a living for their kids is a hero. Also, walmart gives opportunities to the disabled. Hopefully you or someone in your family never goes through that but it is not easy for a disabled person to find a job, so walmart (amongst other companies) is a blessing. I suggest to you to stop treating the internet as a house for negativity. Ironically though your negative commemt led me to this music video again and reminded me how much i like this song. So thanks!
I pray to god that when my son is 20 years old, he doesn't look back at he music from 2015 and think its as good as I find this to be...What happened to good ol' 80's music?
Contrary to popular belief, good music is not subjective. So, he won't. As to what happened? Let's just be thankful we got some 4 decades or so of great music and we can listen to these songs till real musicians reappear.
I may be wrong on this, but I feel technology has consumed us so much we have lost most of our humanity along with many of the arts. Most schools where I live do not even have music programs any more. Religion, ethical principles, morals, virtues, compassion, love for nature....etc are all slipping away. Now its just playing on a lit screen. I feel this has had a major impact on music today. However, every once in a while they have some good stuff come out that gives us hope.
@@xXxBladeStormxXx Lmao, good music does still exist. You're just listening to the hits of the 80's. The best songs of this decade will be the ones that are remembered. Get out there and find the good music.

I think so many of us who grew up in the eighties can say that that time just felt exciting and special. Back then when we were experiencing it. There was a feeling of possibility and everything seemed special and exciting. I mean, not everything was all roses but it was for the most part simple and yet full of possibility and wonder. Part of me wonders if kids today feel that the same way we did.
as an adult you see so much of the darker stuff we never thought about as kids, while Miyagi was winning those military medals(one was the medal of honor) his wife was in a US japanese internment camp, his wiife died giving birth to their kid..yeah..america killed a veteran's kid for being japanese while he fought their war
They don’t. They feel far more pressure to be independent without being shown enough love to allow someone the confidence to be independent. Family values are in crisis which has led to a teen mental health emergency and attention spans of children and teens is so haywire it’s causing strange development flaws. …and I haven’t even mentioned the increases in violence among young people or the continued upward motion with pressure to fit in and all that comes with that (kids genuinely distressed because they got an “android” instead of an iPhone, for example). It’s awful to be a child right now.
The magic of the 80s definitely has gone. The rise of social media and internet connectivity has removed the need to meet people physically. The 80s and 90s and it’s pop culture were about magic, discovery, adventure and positivity. Since then everything seems like it has to be dark, moody, angsty, subversive and full of cultural self hate I hope the next social shift brings back the optimism and aspirationalism that we’ve lost
God i Miss those dayz of old. Honestly, Feel very lucky n blessed to have grown up in those times. This is one those songs that takes you straight back to those days. Your heart feels love n joy & Feels Yearning and hurt at the same time and that equals to THANKFUL👍🏼

I felt a little ashamed someone recommended me to watch this movie back in the 2000's. I did not watch any of first three Karate Kid movies until December 2010. I watched the remake first then these ones. To be honest I liked the remake more at first because I watched it first. But then after watching this one I liked it way better in 2011. It became my favorite movie in 2011 the second one is my second favorite movie of all time. I hate watching UA-cam commercials to be honest but when I saw the one to Cobra Kai which is amazing I was super pumped. Sometimes remakes do not need to happen. Some work and some do not to tell you the truth but the fact that they made my favorite movie into a bad ass TV show is amazing. I was born in 1992 I added The Karate Kid, The Karate Kid Part 2 and The Karate Kid Part 3 on Netflix back in 2010. Then I watched them all in December 2010 when I was 18. I think I watched the first one on the weekend when I was home from school. Then I watched the other two. I have a problem with Part Three repeating the first movie I hate when movies repeat the first movie. The Hangover did it and it was terrible. There are a few sequels that are doable my ex brother in law said its the third movie where they start to really screw it up big time. The Karate Kid became my favorite movie back in 2011 when I bought a lot of pre pay credit cards with my birthday money when I was 19. I have always loved this Young Hearts song since 2011 I listened to it a lot back in 2011 it made me think of my fiancée all the time in fact I used this song in a love video I made on my UA-cam channel I the a video last year for our 10 year anniversary.

This is the absolutely the perfect song for this scene, every time I see it on TV I have to watch it all over again because it makes you feel young again if only for a moment. Love this scene, one of my favorite of the whole film, there are so many in The Karate Kid, a truly iconic movie that I can watch over again and still love it just as much with each repeated viewing!
Agreed
Just went to Golf-N-Stuff today! It was so exciting and a lot still looks the same. I couldn't stop talking about this movie while there. Childhood dream fulfilled!
No way it's the same. They got rid of the slide which ruined it. Arcade is not there or is so different. Totally want to go to the 80's version of Golf N Stuff not today's version.
Try to make it last,
Nothing you can do,

The innocence you thought you'd lost is staring back at you

Driving down the road
Rubber, plastic, metal, glass.
Why did you have to go?
Young hearts die young,
When they are all alone and there is no turning back now
There is no turning back
There is no turning back
Knowing where you're bound,
It's coming in to you
Then you turn around,
The innocence you thought you'd lost is now caught up to you
Oooh, oooh, oooh

Driving down the road

Aninha Da Silva tell me something. What made your brain say hey let me type down all the words to a song that we all can listen to ???
is this about dying in a car accident
Computers fucked it all.
@@charliem3951 There are some modern gems which could rival any of the best old music. I personally love Tame Impala. Daft Punk's RAM (if you want to call it new) was also a masterpiece.
Brings back so many memories. When you can actually make plans with friends and not have to text them to remind them to show up. People were more reliable back then. Now everyone is so flaky.

It's hard for me to hear this song without tearing up.. Where did the time go? I still remember seeing this movie for the first time like it was yesterday.. I was too young to catch the first one in the theater, but my parents took me and my brother to see the second and the third one the day they came out..
Elizabeth Shue is definitely in my top 5 80's movie crushes.
Just a vision of gorgeousity and she still looks incredible for her age. Really hope Cobra Kai get her for season 2 or 3

I wonder the same thing. I think a part of American culture died after 2000. The age of real communication and exploration.
as an adult you see so much of the darker stuff we never thought about as kids, while Miyagi was winning those military medals(one was the medal of honor) his wife was in a US japanese internment camp, his wiife died giving birth to their kid..yeah..america killed a veteran's kid for being japanese while he fought their war
Since then everything seems like it has to be dark, moody, angsty, subversive and full of cultural self hate
I hope the next social shift brings back the optimism and aspirationalism that we’ve lost
Such an underrated song that was perfect for Karate Kid and the 80s.
I wish I was born in the 80s but my childhood in the 90s was great too

They don’t make songs like this anymore. Classic 🎶
Another 80's song that you never remember because the final scene soundtrack is the one that you always remember. But still, this is a great classic of the Golden era of music. Long live the 80's
