Good video again. Despite being a contractor for 5 years before becoming a counselor, I have learned a whole lot about trailer reno watching your channel.

Definitely giving all glory to God on this one! You’ll see it in my later videos, but God really put a vision on my heart for this trailer. I strayed from it a bit and then was quickly reminded that Gods vision is way better than mine 😂😂

Thanks for the great content. Working on my own RV right now actually.
The light dark of the camera is the auto brightness changing as you block and revile the light from the door.
If you set the exposure to manual, it would help or if just point the camera away from the bright light source.

Great advice, thank you! I’m good at a lot of things…but I had to ask a lot of people and get a lot of advice to even buy the right camera for all of this 🤣

Hello speaking of ants, I use simple green or Windex so
Stops them in their tracks and no God awful smell.

I always have simple green…I’ll try that next time! Thankfully the stuff my husband gave me didn’t smell. I’m good at a lot of things…but thankful my husband has the good stuff to kill ants 😂

I have to ask your opinion on putting flexsteal on a rv roof. I just got a 2017 toy hauler travel trailer, there isn't any leaks that I have found. The roof seams real good for the age. Now I'm planning to mount unistrut on the roof for solar. My plan is to replace the roof someday, but I think like 2032 since that would be 15 years I feel that should be a good time to do that. So my plan right now is reseal the roof then paint flex seal over everything after just to make sure the roof will be ok till 2032 then mount my unistrut, then solar panels... now one reason I want to do it this way is to experiment with the roof and solar for the next few years. That in 2032 I should have all the bugs worked out, and know exactly what I want as my final unistrut, and solar roof layout

I despise flex seal, but that’s because I’ve repaired to many RVs with it 😂 tried and true method is using self leveling sealant to reseal the vents! Most leaks happen at the vents and around the front/back. If you reseal with the right sealant, you should be good! You can recoat the roof membrane too if it looks yuck.

Well done. Please please please wear safety glasses when working in there. I lost my left eye as a result of working on a RV.

Sorry I thought I’ve been doing much better with my PPE. I forgot sometimes but most of the time I try to at least wear my glasses. I have at least 10 pairs at this point (I’m sure I’ve lost half of those). I’ll do better!

Ants eat termites. So you might not have termites at least
