Awesome video, thank you! I just received my 9' black frame manual RecPro awning today. I'm mounting it on a RV conversion that I'm building out of a 2022 all aluminum 7x14 tandem V-nose. This certainly helps!! 😊
Thank you for your detailed video of installing the RecPro manual awning. Your video is the only one I could find regarding this model od awning and I found all your tips very helpful. I will be installing mine soon and now, thanks to you, with more confidence.
That color looks great! Thanks for the video. I'll be doing this with mine in the spring. Everything was missing when I bought my rv but I've managed to find used hardware in good shape on market place. I'll just need new material. It looks like I'll be needing an extra pair of hands for this job. I've watched several videos on the how to and yours it by far the best. Glad to see you cranking out the videos again 🙏
Well done. The awning I replaced on my fifth didn't come with the grey nylon 'string' pre-installed and we struggled - a lot! You made it look very easy and I will remember the company you used and how you did it should I need to replace again in the future. Thanks!
Advice from one older workhorse to a younger workhorse...I cringe at how much much you go to ground to work. Knees are unfortunately a wear item. Saw horses and knee pads.
Haha I get that….unfortunately, most of the roof work that I do I don’t really have a choice. I have to choose between my back and knees, and my back is already not the best 😳 but I definitely could have used saw horses to put the tube together!
Awesome father - daughter project!
Rocked a Rec Pro full install (new arms and drip rail). Your install was super helpful!
Thanks!!

That’s so great to hear, thank you!
Love all your content Heather. Gotta say I am so envious of your ladder! We say it every time you use it! What a huge, incredibly useful ladder!
It’s the best tool I own 😂
I do believe that I need a whole new awning on my class A. I will check them out thank you also awesome video.
Love how easy you made it seem. We need to replace ours soon and I was dreading doing it, but feel more confident now

Can you use marine 5200 when reinstalling screws using existing holes instead of chaulk?
I don’t see why not, as long as it’s outdoor grade and able to adhere to metal/plastic
Yay Dad!
He’s the best 🥹😂🖤
Why go with a manual awning rather than electric power? (Love your stuff by the way)
Cost, and my dad likes to be able to tilt his awning when it rains
I think 5200 you can drill 3400 is softer and comes in. blk and wht
Where do i find this awning
Recpro.com 🙂
