So if you don’t want to run any 12volt power supply, can you just wire the outlets, lights, fridge, etc., off the 110/120 power source/breaker panel? So for example if I don’t want to use anything until I plug it into a 30 amp tv site, I don’t need the 12 volt system, correct? I hope that makes some lick of sense?!

I have same type rotted floor (Styrofoam Sandwich )and plan to replace 100%. Have you ever removed an interior wall like those around a bathroom? I like your idea of removing the floor from underneath and think maybe that is possible with any needed consideration for temporary support of the wall.

I feel I have somewhat of an idea as to the work involved in your project because I have built an RV from a 12ft. cargo trailer. Lots of work. Thank you for the ideas and shared knowledge which we all will benefit from. Last but not least I thoroughly appreciate your desire and determination to glorify God in what you do. I've based my life and career on the same principle. The Lord has always shown Himself faithful in that. Keep up the good work and teach those boys reno skills along with academics. God bless. I bought an RV and the base was rotten and it automatically became empty. Could you give me the measurements of the base you used? I'm afraid of putting a very heavy base wood.🙏🏼
