I'm with a lot of others - love to hear great great things about the 4 Gates, but can't afford that price tag. Never tried one. Have never paid $200 for a bottle either, even for high age Scotch. $150 for an Old Carter has been my tops, and nothing over $125 prior to that. Even with rising prices there are awfully good bottles at $100 that are far better values.

I've tried four different expression from Four Gate, including this one. I would agree, I liked them all but this was my least favorite of the 4. Kelvin Colab V was my favorite. Is it worth the price? I'd say you should try before you buy, if you have the opportunity, and make your decision. 🥃😎
The Kelvin collab V was really good! I really like the sixty and the split stave! I'm glad to hear someone else feels the same way that I do about this Triple Oak! Yes, it's good, but I think all of my other FourGates are better. Cheers
