It’s buying Coke instead of Rola Cola. Lindt instead of Cadbury. Veuve Cliquot instead of Blue Nun. Totally worth it.

Fruit on cereal is fine. I hate talking on the phone. Definitely have missed you! Sorry your dad's not feeling well. Hopefully he perks up and can enjoy his holiday. I cracked my screen protector and am just refusing to get another. It's only the upper right corner though. My sister had to move from the nice gym to the city gym because she had to cut costs. Turned out okay for her. She lost some features but gained an on-site daycare. I'm sorry you've not been having luck at the gym. I've been tracking on MFP because I want to reach a healthier weight. My knees hurt. My dad wants to transfer his gym membership to me because he quit going and I have the time now. I'm also talking my kid into hiking with me. Hey there...yes...so good to see you vlogging more again. You and Beatrice Curuso were the first I followed and gave me inspiration to vlog myself. Nuffield Gyms are OK. I go when I can but recently Ive not been arsed... I really should get back to it. Can I ask...what programme you use to edit on Laptop? Whoohoo yes please do Vlogmas. I am useless at it. I tried to do it every day for 2 weeksfailed hopelessly... I managed I think 8 days... I was pulling my hair out! Now...have you tried singing? You have a good voice...sing more! 🎶🎤👍x
I think some peoples default is fat. No matter what they do or for however long they do it they always put the weight back on. And that’s ok. My default is fat and I’ve now learned to accept it rather than make myself miserable counting calories and starving myself like I did for years when it always just piles back on in the end anyway 🤷♀️

I was going to suggest using Hussle to try out different gyms as that’s what I did and then you can see which ones you like before committing to a contract 😊 It used to be called ‘Pay as you gym’ and you can just buy a day pass at different gyms near where you live. Nuffield is a good gym but it is expensive! X

I always felt awkward in the gym, tried an all women's gym - just always felt pressured, intimidated... then we joined our local YMCA in our city, downtown location and it's full of so many different people from all different places in life, ages, body types...I felt like...okay! Everyone is here for their own reasons and I finally really like the gym. It's old and a bit rundown, but we do get Netflix on the treadmills...lol

Maybe a one minute vlog every day for vlogmas. One take. No editing? That woman at the gym was insecure that her class sucked and you confirmed it! It was her. Not you.
I was thinking you shouldn't go back to her class. A instructor should be motivating you not chastising you for not staying on in the class especially when you feel like you have worked out intensively. Consistency is key so that instructor needs to do her best to make people feel welcome so I people keep going back. Nobadaddiction is a hit workout channel on you tube, I totally recommend.
The gym recollection is relavent because so many common freedoms have been made so inconvinient. Please don't let rude people ruin your day or discourage.
Honestly when it comes to money for the gym, it’s a false economy paying for something that you’re not going to to use that much…I paid too much for a council owned gym and was made to feel so uncomfortable that I just didn’t go. It’s better to pay more for something you’ll use (also not made of money, so I don’t want to come across as privileged) Basically, do what makes you feel most comfortable! That extra £40 can be borrowed from somewhere else 😉
literally you can just buy a home gym for the price you're paying to get humiliated at a gym. i bought a 7 set piece home gym for £185. it has leg, arms, boxing bag, pull up, push up.. all sorts. there's no condescending people to judge me, there's no screeching kids, there's no shitty showers where you're practically washing yourself on another person. it's great. if you can find space to put it in your place or a family or a friends. can even put it in the garden in a shed then you're good to go!
Sont talk to me about plant casualties.. ive about 50 houseplants in my living room and kitchen and theres ‘ moisture gnats’( basically fruit flies) infested in all the massive floor plants .. and i live in upstair flat so no way can i swop soil in them all so gona have to throw aload😢😢😢😢xxx
Not a criticism at all Lauren, I'm just really surprised that Love Island would be your thing. A programme laden with diet culture and full of bad messages for young people. I know you said about the girl coming back more natural from fillers etc. but she got fame through the hideous damaging portrayal of sexualising young people. What is your take on it all? I joined a 24 hour gym and go at 3am. No one is ever there. It sounds horrible but if you want it bad enough you change your schedule to fit the gym.

I’m fat, like really fat, and was at the gym this morning. Anyone doesn’t like it? Oh well. I pay my membership fee the same as they do so they can gorp at me all they like. They’re using their gym time to do that and are paying to look at me Hahahha fuck em!

Hey there...yes...so good to see you vlogging more again. You and Beatrice Curuso were the first I followed and gave me inspiration to vlog myself. Nuffield Gyms are OK. I go when I can but recently Ive not been arsed... I really should get back to it. Can I ask...what programme you use to edit on Laptop? Whoohoo yes please do Vlogmas. I am useless at it. I tried to do it every day for 2 weeksfailed hopelessly... I managed I think 8 days... I was pulling my hair out!

I think some peoples default is fat. No matter what they do or for however long they do it they always put the weight back on. And that’s ok. My default is fat and I’ve now learned to accept it rather than make myself miserable counting calories and starving myself like I did for years when it always just piles back on in the end anyway 🤷♀️

I was going to suggest using Hussle to try out different gyms as that’s what I did and then you can see which ones you like before committing to a contract 😊 It used to be called ‘Pay as you gym’ and you can just buy a day pass at different gyms near where you live. Nuffield is a good gym but it is expensive! X

I always felt awkward in the gym, tried an all women's gym - just always felt pressured, intimidated... then we joined our local YMCA in our city, downtown location and it's full of so many different people from all different places in life, ages, body types...I felt like...okay! Everyone is here for their own reasons and I finally really like the gym. It's old and a bit rundown, but we do get Netflix on the treadmills...lol

I was thinking you shouldn't go back to her class. A instructor should be motivating you not chastising you for not staying on in the class especially when you feel like you have worked out intensively. Consistency is key so that instructor needs to do her best to make people feel welcome so I people keep going back. Nobadaddiction is a hit workout channel on you tube, I totally recommend.

Honestly when it comes to money for the gym, it’s a false economy paying for something that you’re not going to to use that much…I paid too much for a council owned gym and was made to feel so uncomfortable that I just didn’t go. It’s better to pay more for something you’ll use (also not made of money, so I don’t want to come across as privileged)
Basically, do what makes you feel most comfortable! That extra £40 can be borrowed from somewhere else 😉

literally you can just buy a home gym for the price you're paying to get humiliated at a gym. i bought a 7 set piece home gym for £185. it has leg, arms, boxing bag, pull up, push up.. all sorts. there's no condescending people to judge me, there's no screeching kids, there's no shitty showers where you're practically washing yourself on another person. it's great. if you can find space to put it in your place or a family or a friends. can even put it in the garden in a shed then you're good to go!

Sont talk to me about plant casualties.. ive about 50 houseplants in my living room and kitchen and theres ‘ moisture gnats’( basically fruit flies) infested in all the massive floor plants .. and i live in upstair flat so no way can i swop soil in them all so gona have to throw aload😢😢😢😢xxx

Not a criticism at all Lauren, I'm just really surprised that Love Island would be your thing. A programme laden with diet culture and full of bad messages for young people. I know you said about the girl coming back more natural from fillers etc. but she got fame through the hideous damaging portrayal of sexualising young people. What is your take on it all? Genuinely interested because I can't stand the show lol, for that reason. ❤
