Do you have a video of the spray booth and how it was built?

No, Im still working on the spry booth, just got my fans and filters. Was a storage room. took a wall off and lined with drywall. Going to line with aluminum or steel soon. Ill get a video when I get it going.

I noticed in your first video with the Electron that you had pink powder everywhere, but in this video you aren't even wearing a respirator. Did you find something loose or set up differently? Great video! I am a beginner powder coater and a big dirt late model fan. I have been saving up for the Electron , cant wait!!

Yes, there was a noticeable difference. The pink I was running at the settings the book showed and that were suggested. The blue I had turned down the air and powder to experiment and I was really happy with the results. The pink no matter what setting you use seems to just go everywhere. I should be using the respirator all the time. I finally got my fans and filters so hopefully the mess part will cut down. The air on the controller was set to 30 and I started at 30 on powder in the blue, then changed to 35 on the sail panels. Still trying to find the sweet spot with the fluidizing air, but it seems to be different for the powder.

    What happened to the RC1?

Still use it on some smaller projects. But the volume I was doing and the amount of multiple coats I was doing upgrading made sense. Cut my job times down quite a bit. Still use it for standard colors if I need to do some quick parts. I was struggling with the hoppers. No matter which version. Was sick of having to shake hoppers. lol. But its still a good system.
