Been a Padres fan all my life and the thing that made me feel the best about tonight was seeing the park full. Feels so good to see the fans! Go Pads! El Niño is a freak!
Padres fan from the UK, finally we're having a good season! Saw my first ever baseball game at Petco Park back in 2006! Top of the 9th I thought we were done, but what a finish! Just goes to show, never EVER give up! Great to see the park at full capacity again, we're still under restrictions...
Gee I love live sport. I live in New Zealand and follow the MLB. This reminds me of the 2015 cricket world cup semi final between NZ and South Africa. Thrilling stuff. You cannot beat a live crowd!
Oh wow! This is why I love this game! You never give up! You never know what can happen with each pitch! Nothing is ever certain! The Padres have created another immortal moment in their history that will be remembered and played again and again. Too awesome!!!
3:02, YES Victor had the big walk-off, but don't forget about Eric tying the game with his BOMB two batters earlier. BIG WIN! I'm proud to write I was there.
Caratini has been so important to this team and he's exceeded preseason expectations by a mile. He's played much more than planned due to Nola's injuries and all he's done is shown that he's an incredible leader behind the dish and he has come thru with some clutch at bats. Love to see Darvish and Musgrove all over him after he crossed home because they really know how important he is to this team. I can tell that everyone on the team has a ton of respect for him. Side note: Loved to see Hosmer finally get one!!! He might be back to his clutchy ways! Another side note: Loved to see Musgrove, Snell, and Paddack chuck buckets of gum in the air while he crossed HAHAHAHA PADRES ARE BACK BABY WOOOOO!!!!

Was at the game OMG what an electric crowd. Started at Section 131 but by the night inning we were in front of home plate LOL. Coming back Monday vs LA!
Hahahahaha!!! Classic move! We’ve all done that especially when the unfaithful leave early because they think the game is over so we start migrating lower and lower :) I love it! Go Padres!
I loved the reds hitting coach being out of the dugout pumping everyone up watching India's homer. I love coaches to be leaders, but it's also great to see them show emotion like that too. It's gotta be a great morale boost seeing a coach pumped up like that for you while you're rounding the bases.
Friar Faithful were out in full force last night! Even after Melancon blew that save you could tell we all still had our faith in our Friars! Hopefully those few unfaithful who left early to beat the traffic learned a great lesson because it was a night and atmosphere I'll never forget!
@Dodger Bazeball Well, I would say that everyone knew Padres was mediocre but everyone who lives in San Diego always show up for a good ball game / family night, now with Tatis Jr and making into the playoffs, you're damn right we should be excited, if the Nationals made it to the World series and won it all despite having a... 0.001% chance of going and winning the WS, shouldn't the Padres too? It's not fun when your city who's a tourist attraction get overwhelmed by Raiders and Dodgers fan and other opposing teamates, don't you think the people of San Diego deserve this opportunity? I
This loss hurt. Ryan Hendrix is honestly the last pitcher I wanted to see out of the bullpen in a high leverage save situation. He comes out and walks Machado on 4 pitches… unreal. Just knew it wasn’t going to be good once he walked him.
This is why sports that are timed, will always be inferior to baseball. Can't just sit on a clock to win. Every pitch must be played, and every out must be made, until the end.
