I think I like the blue, too. :) Although both look pretty good. Aren't there any state regs about fog light colors?

Not that I'm aware of for fog lights. The tint isn't a dark enough color to change the color of the light output, so I don't think it would ever be an issue.

I like the blue although I believe some states have a problem with blue lights on vehicles ?

It doesn't actually change the color of the light, so that shouldn't be an issue.
