Because the majority of people love trash radio music
The power they can generate with just four people is astounding, by the end of the song the force of all them is just fantastic.
These people make me happy. This is live music at its best, people!

My inner hipster is flaring! I've totally loved these guys for like a year now! :D Awesome that they're being recognized more now.
Even though its not the same they give me the same vibe as the movie "That Thing You Do" I'm glad they have more than one song and I hope they never break up and give us more music for a life time. Lake Street Dive is amazing and I'm hooked!!!!

I like that it's in there. It adds something nice to the atmosphere and makes you notice that this is in fact live, even though it sounds so flabbergastingly nice

fucking flawless.. I have just discovered this song, and what a find it was! i love how they all get lost in their own rolls and just rock the f^% out!
T.Bone Burnett and the Coen Bros. included L.S.D. in their documentary Another Day, Another Time for Showtime. As a live performance of the group it gets a 10+ out of ten. And it's great to have this in studio performance for contrast. BTW they've been together for almost ten years according to their site.
