Hi Trish, Happy Monday! Thank you for this terrific strength class! I love that I can build muscle and strength right at home! I used a wide variety of weights and even did a few extra bicep curls and triceps kickbacks afterwards for a little extra. I am worked out and ready for my day now to watch the kiddos. I hope you and your family had a great weekend! I had a very enjoyable weekend. We had no plans at all so I stayed home and did a lot of cleaning and purging things we don't need, like excess paperwork, lol. It felt great. I love it when I have the extra time to clean out and organize things. Since we have no visitors for Halloween, at least I don't have to buy candy to tempt myself, But I'll have to stay out of the grandkids' candy, lol. We had a lovely weekend as well. We did the usual visit to my mom's house on Saturday. Today is a public/bank holiday here so I am busy doing some cleaning and clearing out too! It really does feel good to get rid of unwanted items. You are lucky not having to have lots of candy in your house. One of our bedrooms is full of sweet treats and chips!! 🍬🍬 I can't wait for Thursday to get rid of it all! Have a lovely day spending time with your grandkids. I will see you in tomorrow's workout. Thank you, Trish, for that sweaty no repeat strength workout! You include such great exercises that challenge the whole body and balance, and I love it! I really like the narrow squat, bicep curl, and leg extension combination and I'm learning to love the running man. It looks like it should be easy, but I really feel the burn at the end!

OMG, Trish… this was a super-sizzler! 🔥🔥💃🏻🔥🔥 I don’t like labels much, but I’d say maybe I’m an intermediate practitioner… but somehow this was extra challenging for me today. Yes, I've had a couple of viewers saying that the exercises were quite challenging with this particular strength session. I am delighted that you had fun with the kettlebell exercises too! I do love incorporating the kettlebell whenever I get a chance! I'm not sure if people regard exercise 'toys' as a proper gift!! 😄 Maybe too practical!! Thank you for your message. It has been an interesting week for adjusting after the time change. I don’t mind the evenings drawing in sooner… I’m ready for cosy season! 👍 Happy Day 💜

I know that some people see working out as a chore or something that has to be done a few times a week. I like to think of it as part of my everyday routine that fits into my lifestyle. Even if you are used to working out or doing strength exercises on a regular basis, there are always a few more challenging moves that require lots of repetition and allowing the body to build strength over time. That was a good workout. Although I'm not a beginner, I did feel the need to opt for the modified version on a few of the exercises.
