Hey girl! I have a couple of these cases for my watch and this issue absolutely never happens for me. I’d say yours is faulty, the little bumper bit should not be coming up obviously. Send it back for a replacement maybe! But give it another go if they do replace it, I love my case and I do think if yours fit properly you would too. Did they maybe send the wrong size case for the model watch you have? (i.e. a series 3 case for a series 5 watch?). Great video and love your hair colour! 😊

Hi Savvy, I agree with what Steph says. Could it be possible the company sent you a wrong sized case or frame. I also have a case and a few rims for my Series 4 40mm and I have not had any issues with it what so ever. I’m actually planning on getting maybe 2 more colors of the cases. Hope you give the brand another try and all works out.
Hi 👋 I agree, it was a defect with this one. Otherwise I love their products. The phone cases and lenses are awesome. I found a different watch case that I’m trying out. If it doesn’t work out I’ll try another Rhinosheild.
The audio gets low volume but you can still hear it.
Glad you can still hear it okay. I know what to do differently next time.
