Hi, thank you for sharing your detailed experience. This discussion is far from over and I soon will produce a second video with more comparisons including water tests:)
For me the UV glass was the best looking, it literally made the watch look brand new if you know what you are doing. Next to it is the hydrogel. Cases are a great option, however, they get water inside and need to be removed every time you as much as wash your hands. The touch is great and they look good, bling and all.

Plus I had to take it off other times if sweat or water got under the case (which was often). Out of these options, I like option 3, the one with the black edge around it. It can catch on things and peel off/up, but other than that I think it's the winner.
Hi Josh, thanks for sharing your experience as a runner. I plan a second round of testing, including the water test:). So far no perfect solution, but there are some decent options out there

Saw this comment too late. Had been using a fully covered case on my Apple Watch 7. When I was switching out my case for a new one, I saw how scuffed up my less than 1 year old Apple Watch 7 was 😢
I've tried the case with built in glass protector in the past for my series 3. After a while, I noticed that when I get my watch wet from washing my hands, the water would enter between the screen of the watch and the protector on the case, creating weird water bubbles. Wondering if this is still the case with the current technology.
Hi. thanks for sharing your experience. I had a few questions on this. I did not test this, but in my future comparison video I will do a water test as well. I guess, based on other tests that, that indeed water interferes :(
Lol I just posted this comment not knowing it was already here. Once the water seeps through touch screen no longer works since water effects touch screens since it relays on the electricity in your body to install a response.
I work two jobs, one with elbowgrease and splintered metal, the other one in an office selling wine. The Tauri does both nicely, and not worrying about the watch is a blessing.
the problem with the case and screen protector in one is if you work outdoors and get sweaty, moisture will get between the screen and the screen protector and blocks the display. I have been using the LK plastic screen protector on my series 7 and only had to replace it once in the 8 months I have had the watch.
I bought a Series 7 yesterday at the start of Prime Day. I ended up getting a Misxi hard shell case that has tempered glass. I'm not thrilled with it. It does interfere with the touch controls at certain spots. The only reason why I'm bothering with a protector is because my Series 4 has a nasty scratch on it from working in a warehouse. I just ordered the one you recommended. Hopefully I'll have better luck with it.
@@DionMedia I ended up switching to a TPU screen protector and a Spigen bumper. I also have a Pitaka bumper so it’ll match with their watch band. I’m liking this set up more than those tempered glass cases.

Zpiar Glass screen protector with UV and glue adhesive is THE BEST. It is crystal clear glass that is dome shaped and you put it on using glue adhesive and using a UV light after, I’ve used multiple screen protectors films and this is the best one zero issues with sensitivity I highly recommend this product
Hi Budi, you bring up a very interesting point! I have not yet gone swimming with my Apple Watch so I cannot speak to how water impacts the screen protectors. That said, if you are going to be swimming with your watch, I would lean towards using a case instead of a screen protector as I would imagine the adhesive that screen protectors use to attach will weaken when exposure to water. But thanks for bringing this up, is definitely something I will keep in mind for future test videos! 😃
Thanks a bunch. I've been trying to figureout what I wanted for my new watch and this is the only site that truly gave me useful advice and showed me the difference between my options. The manufacture videos really didn't give me useful information this one did.
The first screen protector seems to be easier to fit when you have the strap attached on one side. I hate the screen protectors but starting to notice chips on the actual casing now.
Are these cases good with water? I have one that only covers the edges, and whenever I swim or do high intensity workouts there is always water in it, so I like to remove it to clean it and get the water out. I was wondering if that was also possible with some of these adhesive cases?
I don’t know if the piuella ones have been updated but I got a 2 pack of the black case they do and the touch sensitivity isn’t affected at all and the coulours are fine. The series 9 is my first ever Apple Watch I got for Christmas I’m really enjoying it so far
What about one of these glass screen protectors that glue on? I've applied one to my phone (different brand but strangely familiar supplies) and one to my watch from Zpiar (both from amazon). It did take some time to find one like what I applied to the phone. They do leave a little of that UV glue that comes out as excess but cleans up nicely with a little effort. Definitely watch the instructional video with these.
I have a similar case with the black border and it does cover the edges of my series 7. I tried the transparent case and it traps sweat when I go biking and turns yellowish over time. Now, I am using a transparent case but the screen is hollowed.
I wonder why the zagg shield is not on this list, its a good screen protector, really easy to apply, and has a life time warranty so if its damaged or comes off over time you get a free replacement just by requesting it on the site. I think its a good option but also its not mentioned any screen protector with a black border will cut off the curved bezel a bit so if you use the new watch faces you will notice the outsides a bit cut off but its not that bad to me at least.
I’ve been using the LK brand protectors since getting my Series 7 in November 2021. These screen protectors IMO are the best value for your money - you get 8 screen protectors, 8 alcohol wipes, 8 dust stickers, a microfibre cloth, squeegee, and anti-slip base - for less than $20. One screen protector usually lasts me about 4 months before I need to change it out and it feels as if there’s nothing on the screen. These have saved me from multiple dings that would’ve scratched or outright gouged my screen. Simply take it off (leaves no residue) and install a new one which takes me less than 5 minutes. Actually, I just installed my last one Aug. 5, 2023 and will be ordering another box this week. Ia few challenges to the OP’s critiques - the crease in the middle doesn’t stay, you just have to use the squeegee. The screen protector doesn’t easily and randomly peel off, and scratches on the screen protector (not your screen) is the actual point of the product - more so than maintaining apple’s aesthetic.
8:46 you were 100% spot on here. The LK peeled off little by little, and some of the exposed adhesive would naturally get weaker, making it more likely to peel (feed back loop). this is ultimately what lead me to stop using that type of cheap screen protector, since I constantly had to change them out like every two months. additionally, it made the screen just felt like an android from like 2012. no thank you
@@yassinee.3463I don’t know if it was the same for iPhones but I had androids in 2012 and the screen protectors were a rubberized plastic that had all the problems he mentioned
I bought one with the case, similar to the second you tested, but from another brand (Misxi or something). I loved it and I'm glad this model was listed among the best here.
HI Dave, that is the dark cherry braided solo loop, beautiful, but out of production for a long time in this color. In other colors it is available, very comfortable to wear
Am using the hard screen protector, it somehow covers scratches on the edge of the screen and hardly noticeable the protector itself from the phone screen, its washable and doesnt affect the sensitivity when operating,
I have a set of screen protectors that are in that box like the orange banner box that you had. It is by a company called MISXI or something like that and it’s spelled MISXI have the clear one as well as the one with the black surround. The touch sensitivity issue is very minimal and most of the time not even noticeable and to me it’s quite clear. I don’t know about the scratch resistance though because the surround is of a tougher material.
Nice job! Would have liked to see you test a glass screen protector that was actually glass. That seems like it would have combined the best of all worlds.
7:12 Thats not glass bro. It is called Hydrogel. New technology for the screen protector. It can handle impact and the scratches can heal itself. you will not worry about glass breaking
Which case do you recommend for a watch with a tempered screen protector? I got bumpers and they don’t fit! So bummed. I got the glue UV glue screen protector and really love how it feels just like the Apple Watch screen. So, I need a case that will fit it, since I also don’t want dings
A test he did not perform that I am running into with the snap on case is water. Now I don’t have the same brand as his, but the design is fairly similar. It snaps on and goes over the crown and button. The issue is when you wash yiu hands water can seep through the case between the display and projection. As you know water effects touch screen making it so you will need to remove the case every now and then to wipe the water from the case and watch
I use the one from Spigen almost same as the one from LK but it only comes in 3s. I think yes, it’s not the most durable out of all the choices but it’s the most clean-looking. It can be easily changed too that’s why they give extra ones😁
Hi Jay, I hope you managed to pull it off by now:). Pull it off from the side by lifting it with a small piece of wood or something else (but be careful not to scratch the glass, tender, but with some force
I’m currently using the zagg invisible shield ultra and I’m disappointed. Like you said in the video half of my protector is starting to rub off from the side it’s annoying. The black case and the glass protectors caught my attention. Thanks Dion 🙏
Hi Felix, thanks for your support and for sharing your experience. It is unfortunate that more thin screen protectors will rub off over time. I too think the case with glass screen protector will be a good option, provides better protection too! 😊
Hi, good question, I do not think this is possible as particularly with the snap on case is very tight and I do not think there is additional room for the screen protector
Tempered glass screen protector - UK amazon link not working. any chance you could update the link as i can't find it when searching for it manually. Thank you!
❤Love the smart videos you do!!! 🙂 I really Hate glass covers/protectors after almost slicing myself!! Love LKtpu!! Using them for about 9 months now. No rubbing!! None of mine have “caught” on anything!!! Never look scratched like a screen without a protector would! Stays on for over a month before a corner may peel back a tiny bit. I do wear them until they get ugly😝 Two months? Depends. (I do not wear the watch at night, swimming or showering.) If you work putting your hands in hot hot places- eg. a pizzeria oven - could be hard on the cover. At home, doing a lot of 400° baking for a few days i found it can affect the cover. I had been wearing the protector for a long time already - more of the top peeled away.😮 I must say tho i was moving trays around in the oven without oven mitts on- ya!!! I could still see what i needed to see on the watch until i had time to change the cover.
I bought the LK [2 Pack] Case for Apple Watch 6/SE 2 44mm Built-in Tempered Glass Screen Protector that covers the watch. I love it and it hasn't had any scratches for over 3 months. I've noticed that it hasn't fogged up when I'm hot and sweaty. and the touch sensitivity is great. I would offer your subscribers to check this one out as well. 10$ for 2 cases.
Personally I love this one from Amazon: Misxi 2 Pack Hard PC Case with Tempered Glass Screen Protector. No affiliation, just works well for me. It is a case, not just a screen protector, but I'm fine with that.
For my series 7 I haven’t found a single screen protector that doesn’t cut off the edge of the screen. They either aren’t available in Australia or cover the edges
The case with the glass screen protector. (The second one reviewed )looks good ,stays on well but the problem if you get any water around it, it gets in there and it gets stuck between the screen and the protector which of course looks lousy, but also interferes with functionality it wouldn’t be too bad if it was easy to remove but it is not . you need a tool I carefully used a dull knife But I would recommend thin hard plastic
I’ll tell you this; get the tempered. I have gotten it beaten up so much but it is still doing it’s job. It only cracked by my accidentally hitting the glass against a metal doorframe.
I’m already using a glass screen protector as you said I also don’t prefer my apple watch fully covered it’s gonna make it more bigger with a built in case same with that plastic case and that glass screen protector seems fine to me and watching your suggestion I’m really at relief now for choosing the glass screen protector over those plastic case ❤️keep up the good work ❤️❤️
I use the case with built in glass screen protector. Only issue I have with it is pressing the letter 2 and number 0 on the on screen keyboard on series 7 on the second pack I bought. First one no issue, but due to nature of work I did crack both from the first pack
Do you reckon you could use the Tauri one on a 44mm Apple Watch (The case only sells for 45mm) I want to buy it, but I have a 44mm Apple Watch, not 45mm. Thanks.
Hi Archie, I would not take risk. 1 mm is very little, but the 7 is differently shaped, so you can not apply the results of the 7 test with other models.
I ordered LK tpu screen protector from USA. Waiting for it to arrive. For me, I don't usually smack my watch on hard areas so simple scratch resistant will be enough for me
Is there any way to remove a Apple Watch series 7 cover without breaking my nails? Once I get my cover on it’s hard to get it off and I always break my nail. It’s usually the plastic covers that are hard to take off. The silicone cover is easy. The other ones I use have the built in screen protector.
Hi Jennifer, yes that can be tricky at times. The ideal screen protector is still to be found. With some wood or plastic you might try to get the cover off (no metal of course).
The TPU screen protectors (while mine is not from LK) work the best for me. I´ve got one and the same of them for over two years on my phone and it never came off. I´m using one on my Apple Watch SE for almost a year now and it still fits perfectly, without any bubbles. It also covers that really nasty scratch on the display - from when my SE made contact with a wall - pretty well! Needless to say that one of these protectors is now on my series 7 watch from day one on.
I own a Series 5 with the stainless steel so the sapphire crystal glass. But I hate scratches so I always use screen protectors even though the durability is higher with this model. I bought the LK plastic screen protectors and find them to be the best option. They don't affect screen quality very much and aren't even noticeable. My only issue is that they tend to start bubbling or peeling off around 4-6 months of use. Hence why I think they give you a 6 pack worth of protectors. But they are not hard to change and have definitely saved my watch my scraps and scratches from everyday life. Also used to use a case from rhinoshield. While it was protective, it looked very ugly on the watch and also affected the screen protectors on the watch. So personally don't use a case unless you are an active person.
Im using one with has to be glue and cured with UV light. For me its the best for now. You have to put effort to see the bezels and its real glass. The only downside its to remove but does not seem to difficult.
I’d like the black cover case for more protection, only issue is that if you don’t clean stuck water very often, it starts to peel off aluminum parts. And regular plastic protectors, do not protect completely the Watch on round sides.
I bought AppleCare protection for my watch so it will replace any damages done to the watch series 10 I don’t like screen protectors because it makes the watch feel kind of funny bulky and of course the whole idea behind the Apple Watch 10 is to make a slim or not bigger so what’s that saying? I don’t have prevention with a pound of care have the Apple insurance there to fix it or replace it.

Hi, Dion!! I’m using the second case you’ve showed. The problem is I’m trying to remove the case, but It’s very hard to remove !! I’m afraid to force removal and cause some damage to the apple watch! How could I remove it?
Hi Raphael, you are not the first one with this remark. I also found it a bit hard. For me it worked best to remove the Apple band and pry, if possible, with your nail from the bottom
it's funny that i see this video after testing all of these options except for glass (i think that it's easy to pull out). so, the main problem of silicone case for me is that water gets into it when you're washing your hands or your hand gets sweaty xD and you need to take it off and wipe it every time.. awful.. besides, i like the case with glass less, because i needed to touch a screen for several times to tap on something. the last screen protector i found the most cool, yes, of course, it wouldn't protect the watch from falling, but it lets you enjoy your watch and maybe this is more important than 100% protection.. or not)
I just got the series 7 stainless steel as it has sapphire glass. the case can get micro scratches but I can live with that. but still concerned the glass could crack while I'm at work. but looking at your review I don't want any protection on it. I guess ill just have to buy an apple care plan, in case it does break to keep it looking sleek as a steel series should.
I absolutely love tauri. I have purchased many of them. Only problem is….. moisture! Wether you take a shower with it on or you are a nurse that washes your hands 1000x a day, moisture finds it’s way inside. Yes, you could take it off and wipe it out every time but it’s tedious. Wish they made a single layer screen protector with that same material. It would be perfect! Also… I’ve noticed little rub marks in the watches paint on the sides because of this design. Not acceptable!
Disagree with your review of the LK. I use these on all the watches in my family. Have been for about a year or more. They can peel eventually if caught, but they’re so cheap and easy to install, just throw on a new one. As another person mentioned it is self healing. Light scratches go away. So does the line after initial install. Deeper ones or damaged ones you can just replace it and it costs like a buck. I absolutely love this brand.
@@DionMedia thx for letting me know, good thing I don’t tend to use gloves lol. Also I’m trying to find a way to cover up the micro scratches on my watch, does this hide them and make it look brand new? If not then do you know what’s a good product for removing microscratches so that I can buy this as well when I fix my watch?
I have a tempered glass screen protector on my Apple Watch series 8 its a good job i have as I would have cracked my Apple Watch screen as when i was loading up a cage with heavy goods i smashed it against the side of the cage and the box so it has put a crack in my screen protector
Google clearly knows what I’ve bought recently 🤣 I’m not a fan of the case with built in screen protector. I’ve found that if you get caught in the rain or get too many splashes from washing hands etc, that I get water between the screen and protector. The glass ones seem to do the trick if you don’t want a case. The spigen one goes almost edge to edge, and if you can splurge a little, whitestones version is totally invisible. Personally I’ve gone with the wet application spigen TPU protector combined with their clear polycarbonate case. (I was using the ringke PC case but it caused the corners on the screen protector to lift.
I using the case with black around and clear screen you show on my 7 apple and it’s amazing also I can change colors too make it what ever is nice and cheaper
A friend of mine bought a screen protector with his Apple Watch Series 7 and when I noticed how bad it impacted the touch sensitivity he threw it out 😬 It was a thin piece of what felt like plastic, with a black edge. Those hard cases that snap on, I can’t imagine that they wouldn’t damage the polished surface of a stainless steel Apple Watch.
Hi, as you pointed out and as I underlined it in my video there is still a perfect solution to be find, especially with the stainless steel that is more prone to scratches. I am looking out for more options and hope to share the real good ones
Yes! Those snap on cases do indeed scratch the sides of the watch. So while your buying one to protect your glass you actually end up damaging the edges. It’s a lose lose.
Hey Victor, absolutely! In the video I'm using Apple's braided solo loop, looks good and is very comfortable to wear. I've done a video on the band if you're interested - ua-cam.com/video/gp5AjjpiMXU/v-deo.html

Thanks for sharing. I will do another comparative test when the 8 is out and might include this one as well.
🤔🤔sounds like another company😏😏 think it is called Whitestone domed glass love them on my watch.
There’s a video on UA-cam of the application. My screen protector is still on and in use. ZERO touch issues
When using screen protector or hardcase, will it have effect when we use it for swimming? Like the water soaking in between the case and the watch
Thank you! Looking forward for ur future video 😄
The real dealbreaker is the battery 🪫 a watch should last at least 5 days without recharge in only clock mode.
I’ve just got the 1st full cover case in black sensitivity works fine for me the black look way better than the clear
Sorry to hear this. And yes, that is why we can not avoid them. Thanks for sharing your experience
Are these cases good with water? I have one that only covers the edges, and whenever I swim or do high intensity workouts there is always water in it, so I like to remove it to clean it and get the water out. I was wondering if that was also possible with some of these adhesive cases?
Hi Sofia, important point. I will test this in my second round of comparisons of screen protectors.
@@DionMedia nice, will wait for that video!
Hi Dan, thanks for letting know!
Doesn’t the black border of the tempered glass cover the edges of the display like when you have a watch face like Contour?
Hi, excellent question, but I have no answer as I do not have this particular screen protector anymore
Hi, I hope to do another round of comparisons and will look at the zagg shield as well. Thanks for your comment
I have the second one. It's good, but when I want to press the back button in settings for example it takes a few tries
Thanks for sharing your experience
Installed the Whitestone Dome screen protector on my series 7 and it is great. No fuss install and 100% functionality.
8:46 you were 100% spot on here. The LK peeled off little by little, and some of the exposed adhesive would naturally get weaker, making it more likely to peel (feed back loop). this is ultimately what lead me to stop using that type of cheap screen protector, since I constantly had to change them out like every two months. additionally, it made the screen just felt like an android from like 2012. no thank you
Hi Kevin, thanks for sharing your experience. It is clear that the screen situation is not ideal yet, neither the solutions
Please what do you mean by saying "it made the screen just felt like an android from like 2012" ?
@@yassinee.3463I don’t know if it was the same for iPhones but I had androids in 2012 and the screen protectors were a rubberized plastic that had all the problems he mentioned
I bought one with the case, similar to the second you tested, but from another brand (Misxi or something). I loved it and I'm glad this model was listed among the best here.
Hi Andre, good to hear!
Apologies if it’s covered on a different video, but what’s the watch strap your using there?
Hi Thanks for sharing
I use the hard case with screen protector on my watch and its fine. I chose it because I also want to protect the body itself and not just the screen.
Nice job! Would have liked to see you test a glass screen protector that was actually glass. That seems like it would have combined the best of all worlds.
Hi, I am working on an updated version of that video so stay tuned :)
Don’t use any bug spray with DEET if using that first style case, the chemicals will ruin it.
The hard case with screen protector is the one I use and for almost 2 years now it's perfect 👍🏻
Excellent to hear
A test he did not perform that I am running into with the snap on case is water. Now I don’t have the same brand as his, but the design is fairly similar. It snaps on and goes over the crown and button. The issue is when you wash yiu hands water can seep through the case between the display and projection. As you know water effects touch screen making it so you will need to remove the case every now and then to wipe the water from the case and watch
Hi Rudy, I will do a second round, with some more models and including the water test.
I use the one from Spigen almost same as the one from LK but it only comes in 3s. I think yes, it’s not the most durable out of all the choices but it’s the most clean-looking. It can be easily changed too that’s why they give extra ones😁
Hi Dominique, thanks for sharing your experience
@@DionMedia do you know how to walkie talkie on your apple watch
The dot otters is to make it so you can touch the screen through the screen protector
The case protector with the glass is what I just bought. Works great 👍🏽
i got the #2 for my watch. replaced the strap with a gray one and the combi looks pretty good
Hi Gaurav, sounds very ok to me!
We’re can I find that watch band you have on ?
Hi Noe, many people ask this question but it is not for sale anymore. It is the Apple Watch Dark Cherry band
I got the ZPIAR tempered glass screen protector off amazon and although it took quite long to put on it works very very well
Hi Osoko, good to hear!
How do you remove the second case shown in video I have it .... please reply😰
@@DionMedia thank you 🙏
I just threw my Zagg protector away; I couldn't get all the air bubbles out and one side never really adhered correctly. Waisted $29
I have the Piuellia hard case, which has a built in glass protector, like the Tauri one shown.
Hi thanks for sharing this info!
Can you still put on the smart watch case even with the protective screen peel off?
Hi, good question, I do not think this is possible as particularly with the snap on case is very tight and I do not think there is additional room for the screen protector
Tempered glass screen protector - UK amazon link not working. any chance you could update the link as i can't find it when searching for it manually. Thank you!
Hi Tiago, thanks for letting me know. I will do it right away
Depends. (I do not wear the watch at night, swimming or showering.)
If you work putting your hands in hot hot places- eg. a pizzeria oven - could be hard on the cover.
I agreed the first clear case reduced sensitivity. I returned my clear case from different brand.
Thanks Dion for the video. Was really looking for a difference over these all cases and your video served the purpose ..
Hi Laurie, thanks for sharing. I plan to do a second video on this topic so all tips are welcome
For my series 7 I haven’t found a single screen protector that doesn’t cut off the edge of the screen.
They either aren’t available in Australia or cover the edges
Hi Ryan, hopefully they will come. One day:)
The case with the glass screen protector. (The second one reviewed )looks good ,stays on well but the problem if you get any water around it, it gets in there and it gets stuck between the screen and the protector which of course looks lousy, but also interferes with functionality
it wouldn’t be too bad if it was easy to remove but it is not .
you need a tool
I carefully used a dull knife
But I would recommend thin hard plastic
I’ll tell you this; get the tempered. I have gotten it beaten up so much but it is still doing it’s job. It only cracked by my accidentally hitting the glass against a metal doorframe.
I’m already using a glass screen protector as you said I also don’t prefer my apple watch fully covered it’s gonna make it more bigger with a built in case same with that plastic case and that glass screen protector seems fine to me and watching your suggestion I’m really at relief now for choosing the glass screen protector over those plastic case ❤️keep up the good work ❤️❤️
Hi Tabassum, glad it is working out for you
I use the case with built in glass screen protector. Only issue I have with it is pressing the letter 2 and number 0 on the on screen keyboard on series 7 on the second pack I bought. First one no issue, but due to nature of work I did crack both from the first pack
Hi Marcel, thanks for sharing your experience
I wish you would have compared the Tauri with the Spigen case and their glass screen protector.
When I had my series 3 I opened a door and my wrist hit the wall and it broke and from that day forward I’ve kept a case on my watch
Do you reckon you could use the Tauri one on a 44mm Apple Watch (The case only sells for 45mm) I want to buy it, but I have a 44mm Apple Watch, not 45mm. Thanks.
Hi Archie, I would not take risk. 1 mm is very little, but the 7 is differently shaped, so you can not apply the results of the 7 test with other models.
i dont really know about the tpu screen protector, i got the case and screen protector combo and i think it is great, great comparison!
Excuse me what’s the band you’re using in this video?
I ordered LK tpu screen protector from USA. Waiting for it to arrive. For me, I don't usually smack my watch on hard areas so simple scratch resistant will be enough for me
Any protection is better than no protection 👍 The TPU screen protector is a minimalistic option that also comes with several in the box!
I have problems with the case because after a workout i have moisture under the case between the screen and it’s really hard to get off..
Thanks for sharing your experience, that is how we help each other!
Hi Anay, thanks for sharing your experience!
Thank u, this video is very useful. I just bought apple watch SE nike edition and now i know what kind of screen protectors i should use
Hi Gilang, thanks for your feedback and enjoy your watch!
Hi Luis, it is clear that we still are not there with these screen protectors. I hope to do a new series of tests on the quest to find the ideal one
I got my Apple Watch SE 2 40mm just today, Please share the link of the best screen guard as I fear it’s screen will broke

Thanks Dion I really liked the video I bought the the screen protector with case (second one). Helped me a lot Thanks!
Good to hear!
Hey Dion,
As long as you do not use anything metal it will be difficult to scratch
I like your watch band.. link for it?
HI, not for sale anymore:(, but there are many similar looking bands available
it's funny that i see this video after testing all of these options except for glass (i think that it's easy to pull out). so, the main problem of silicone case for me is that water gets into it when you're washing your hands or your hand gets sweaty xD and you need to take it off and wipe it every time.. awful.. besides, i like the case with glass less, because i needed to touch a screen for several times to tap on something. the last screen protector i found the most cool, yes, of course, it wouldn't protect the watch from falling, but it lets you enjoy your watch and maybe this is more important than 100% protection.. or not)
Thanks for sharing your experience, the Screen Protector issue will continue for some time I think :(
What about tempered glass that's installed with uv glue?
Never tried that but thank you for the suggestion
I just got the series 7 stainless steel as it has sapphire glass. the case can get micro scratches but I can live with that. but still concerned the glass could crack while I'm at work. but looking at your review I don't want any protection on it. I guess ill just have to buy an apple care plan, in case it does break to keep it looking sleek as a steel series should.
Do you really need a screen protector on a series 9 watch with the sapphire glass?
My gripe about these are the black bezels around the protector. I just want unobstructed glass protector
I would say my favorite is probably the second one
is it necessary i have the amazfit GTS 3 should i get a Screen Protector ?
Hi Mustafa, I do not know this smart watch, so can not comment.
@@DionMedia its has a tempered glass so should i get a Screen Protector for it
where is the watch band from ,
i love it🔥
Hi, this is the braided solo loop from Apple in Dark Cherry. Unfortunately they no longer sell that colour, but have other colours available 😃
This is exactly why I always go with the SS models. No need for a screen protector. The sapphire is well worth the extra money.
Nice work! I am using the case with glass protetion, it is a good option
Thanks Andre!
Not acceptable!
agree
Disagree with your review of the LK. I use these on all the watches in my family. Have been for about a year or more. They can peel eventually if caught, but they’re so cheap and easy to install, just throw on a new one. As another person mentioned it is self healing. Light scratches go away. So does the line after initial install. Deeper ones or damaged ones you can just replace it and it costs like a buck. I absolutely love this brand.
Thanks for your feedback
About that Tauri screen protector, how much harder is it to use the Apple Watch crown?
Hi Jeo, there is a slight impact, but no to the extent that it would bother you, except when you wear gloves
Love the video . Where can I purchase that band ?
Thank you. Many people ask me this, but it has been out of sale for many months now
I have a tempered glass screen protector on my Apple Watch series 8 its a good job i have as I would have cracked my Apple Watch screen as when i was loading up a cage with heavy goods i smashed it against the side of the cage and the box so it has put a crack in my screen protector
The case not only protect your screen from scratches but also the watch body
Google clearly knows what I’ve bought recently 🤣
I’m not a fan of the case with built in screen protector.
Hi Noel, thanks for sharing. I will do later in the year a new comparative test. And yes, Google knows a lot (too much at times)
I using the case with black around and clear screen you show on my 7 apple and it’s amazing also I can change colors too make it what ever is nice and cheaper
Hi Gavriil, thanks for sharing your experience
How did you take off the tauri/smiling case? I can’t get it off at all.
Hi Alexander, sorry for not reacting. I hope by now you have managed. I remember in the testing that getting it off was very difficult indeed.
A friend of mine bought a screen protector with his Apple Watch Series 7 and when I noticed how bad it impacted the touch sensitivity he threw it out 😬
It was a thin piece of what felt like plastic, with a black edge.
Hey Dion, can you tell us which Watch band in this video. Thanks
Hey Victor, absolutely! In the video I'm using Apple's braided solo loop, looks good and is very comfortable to wear. I've done a video on the band if you're interested - ua-cam.com/video/gp5AjjpiMXU/v-deo.html
