Have you used this method to find a knitting or crochet pattern? Sometimes they can be tricky to hunt down!
Okay, I may have mentioned this once (or maybe a thousand times)-I am not a knitter, but this information is actually incredibly helpful for any search where I just have an image and no other info. Now I just have to remember how to do it. :-)
I've used it for a variety of things also. It's a handy tool. :)
Thank you, Amanda. Very nice!
You're so welcome! I'm glad you liked it. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. 🙂
This had to be one of the best how to videos ever. The audio is really soft; so pull up the transcription to be able to follow along. (Thank the stars above for transcriptions.)

I have an afghan that was made for me many years ago - I'll need to take 2 pictures (front and back) - with your method to find the pattern, will I be able to enter both pictures in the search box?
Hi, Karen! Google image search has changed quite a bit since I made that video, but you would probably need to do one at a time. If you have a Google account, I'd suggest checking out Google Lens. It lets you search the pictures directly from your phone. Good luck! ☺️
I have a picture of a doily and don't know the name. How do I find this pattern?
You might be able to find it with the instructions in the video. You can also try the Google Lens app. Good luck!
what if the person hasnt posted the pattern?
Audio is so quiet
