Bro...... HOW TF DO YOU NOT HAVE 1,000000000 SUBS LOL 😆 WTF..... PEOPLE WOULD DEFINITELY PLAY TO SEE THIS
Stef Murray is a BMF. I'm glad that he treated it like a light sparring session. He hit you enough to make it painful, but not enough to do permanent damage. He also hit you in strategic spots to avoid knocking you out or breaking your bones. Classy dude.
I had my MMA match 2 days ago (with amateur C class rules, ground and pound only to the body)... there's already a premiere link on my channel where you can set a reminder if you wanna catch it this Saturday. :)
@@ZenDragonUA-camChannel I've just set the reminder bro! Excited to see it!!!
@@DaraTah :) Awesome brother :) Are you still training martial arts currently? :)
Huge respect for the pro he was a class act. He was holding back but he still gave you a proper challange and a hard time he went the best way about this. Hats off to you aswell you didnt give up at any point and you had a decent cardio aswell and a lot of improvements in figting skills aswell.
All things considered he did really well. His face after that first good kick was priceless.
Stef has good taste. 11:35 for example is a really cool move. In addition, in the third round the man went for the forever beautiful triangle -> armbar. Some solid fighting on display!
It was just sparring for him
I would prefer him being even softer to let opponent do something, at least try. Yes he didn't ko gim in 10 secs, he just gave him some hard panches, some gnp and completely no space to do anything. Not fun to watch
@Apex Dimitri He probs could have KO'ed Dara in 30 seconds of he felt like it.
You could see the guy was holding off on some big opportunities which I respect. He gave him a fair chance at the fight instead of sleeping him early
"fair chance"
100. After the first minute he started training him
he was literally GNPing the canvas to make it look he is doing something lol, he was giving him some harder body shots and low kick but everything on head was like 10% power and speed
@@Generrale lol as it should be
@@Generrale I mean they told him not to KO him obv
The pro fighter is a gentleman. He had a perfect mix between putting some pressure and not giving to much strong to not hurting you.
He couldnt have survived 10 seconds if the mma fighter was going full power for sure.. But damn he has massive nuts to go in the cage against someone like this dude 🤝
Actually burst out laughing when he was mounting you and punching the ground full force to scare you. Was a very classy way for him to keep the pressure on while not hurting you and ending the fight in the process. Good on him. Also nice to know even w that training he coulda probably knocked you out within 2 minutes from experience and sheer force
But very very impressive work, you looked way less scared than I thought you would be after the first few strikes he landed
facts it takes alot of guts to do what he did in this video he took it like a champ tho and obv the pro took it easy on him ;)
yeah lmfao he took it easy on the head shots but some of those body shots were pretty brutal and the slams.
@@PabzRoz some of those leg kicks had me wincing too just off the sound even tho ik they’re wearing pads
That must of been terrifying haha. I've been beat up pretty badly but never in a controlled space like that
@@rob5541 lmaooo so you’ve ran
Respect to that MMA guy. He showed real sportsmanship and gentleness when another person with his same skills (but not integrity) might have hurt you pretty badly.
Exactly. That pro was pure class🙌🏻
All you need to do to fight a pro MMA fighter with no notice is refuse to drink Conor McGregors whiskey in a pub
Why hasn't jake paul tried this??
@@DaraTah because he is dumb for money. So he is dumb but not that dumb. Or you can refuse to take a picture with him(Conor)
Lmao true
Yes, after 12 shots you smash them all.
And later you drive everybody home.
@@reinerzufall13 you missed the joke. 🤦🏻♂️
You can really see how bad leg kicks affect a normal person in this video. Respect to you Dara for this chapter in your story.
The pro was going at about 20 %. Shows you the difference between an average man and a trained professional. Great video!
That guys not a pro
@@jellisyt4168 Think of the disparity between these two in the video and then if it were Max Holloway or Justin Gaethje instead.
@@nursegilbey this pro would look like untrained regular guy if he face Halloway or Gaethje, no exaggeration
@@jellisyt4168 this dude is a pro just a different organization you do realize most people who’ve been training at this level for a while are better than most of the unranked ufc and Bellator fighters
@@Kangaroofilet not really, even most of Bellator contenders are not better than unranked guys in UFC, there's some cans now and then comes from condenter series
Well done! Most would have quit after that first leg kick. I hope you keep up the training.
think i will miceal - got a bit of a taste for it now- was a lot of fun even if it was very scary haha
most of us would have quit after the first few days of training to be fair
LOL he was obviously told after that, to not go hard
Do you expect him to continue training? I hope he keeps walking...
Absolutely incredible video!! The 9 weeks of hard work put into making this video really shows 💪
thank you bro!! means so much! yeah that was a big journey haha
9 weeks?
@@tracegorum4243 how many weeks does he think 30 days is? Hahahaha
yeah 30 days = 9 weeks
bru hwh yarent u allwoed to grab head
I respect the hell out of you for actually stepping into the octagon, I would’ve called off the fight after the first sparring session
thank you! yeah was pretty daunting
@@DaraTah you did good for someone with just a month of training
My man is literally just trying to die at this point....lol
I was actually less worried this time bc he's among ppl who know what they're doing ;)
somehow i keep coming back 😅
You have my biggest respect. Needs a real man to step into a fight like this. And also respect to the pro for not beeing a Bulli and going light on you. That’s how you learn and that’s how a real sportsman behaves. Amazing video.
Why he lied?
This was one of the best videos I’ve ever watched. Respect darragh.
thank you TJ!! you saw it from the inside haha
You're a gangster for this. MMA is a tough sport and you went in there with someone who has trained for years and years. Mad respect
Great job for 30 days training! Imagine how you would be in 130 days! Or 530! Anyways he took it easy on you. Could of put your lights out numerous times, he's a nice guy lol. Good job lad 🇮🇪
thank you sean! and damn right, he was aiming for a fancy ending haha
Gigantic props to you. Also out of all "I'm going to fight a pro" videos. This might be the only one I've enjoyed. Because you trained and the pro didn't just try to massacre you in 3 seconds.
Big GG’s to the man for punching the canvas when he mounted you lmao thought I heard a big hit, reminded a second and saw he was hitting the canvas. Dude had a million opportunities to end it and chose to not. He gave you a nice chance but showed some tough love. Gg
He didn’t do all he could do but he also didn’t patronize him and thrown weak strikes, respect to both of them.
he put up a good figh as well as the pro.the pro obv went easy and a little gentle but didnt stand still. pros knock down ppl in 4 seconds but 30 days did good
Much respect to you man! You did well for only 30 days of training and you never gave up!
Huge respect to you brother, I remember my first sparring it was scary as hell for me…I can imagine how scary it was for you in-front of all those people with an elite fighter like that, God bless..
Omg that was your best video EVER. I don't even have any interest in MMA but it was so well edited and the pace was great. Also the people you collab'd with are icons. Such great sports all round! :D
thank you francessca!! haha they really were huh
Class content!! Inspiring and really wicked effort on your end. Well done mate - huge accomplishment
This is one of the best videos i've watched in 2021. Incredible job dude 💪
thank you bro!!! means a lot from you :o!
Such a great video! You did an amazing job man, no one really knows what the struggle is, or how hard training actually is until you try it. With 30 days so much to learn, you fought well. I love how the other guy you vsd didn't throw elbows or knees and didn't ''go easy'' but definitely held back a little to make sure no one really got hurt. Takes guts to do what you did, love the content!
You should do a 30 day Bjj No gi tournament next!!
Fantastic video! Never gave up 👏👏 what a bruising yet inspiring and fun challenge! 😃
thank you cyril :D got a bruising alright hahah
This video deserves so many more views! The dedication and work you put into this! Many other people wouldn’t do this. Respect
Massive respect to both fighters. To the pro for not going 100%, and mangling your face (no offense), but also for actually not treating you like a kid, and hitting your hard as hell. And props to you for even going through the training, let alone being willing to step in the cage with a pro fighter. Really well done video as well.
Great job man!! Talk is easy. It takes real mental toughness to actually get in the cage. Especially against someone you know is better than you. Much respect.
Unreal, I'm actually impressed how well you fought at the end
Top notch content and big props for going at with him felt those kicks from here
I’m a big fan of both of you now. Your tenacity and determination is admirable Dara, as is Stef’s sportsmanship. Great video
As a martial artist, this is an extra fun episode to watch :)
i think it's my new thing😅
Massive respect for you getting in there! I know for a fact it's not easy having been there myself at one point. Well done!
Stepping in to that octagon you get a massive surge of adrenaline best feeling I've ever experienced
This was really wholesome from everyone involved. Great work!
Lots of respect for both of them! Thank you guys, very inspirational video!
Fair play to both of them.
People who haven't done this have no idea how life sapping it is.
Respect. I feel like what really separates a fighter and a trainee is the fact that fighters are not scared of damaging themselves in order to damage the opponent. A big example is the leg kicks, trainees will usually pull back on the power to try and get less recoil but as people have seen in the UFC, fighters will fully commit on power even though it can break their own leg.
But mad props to you.💯
it was really wholesome how the fighters and trainers treated you ! And great experiment. very entertaining
I cant even describe how entertaining this was lol fantastic job and much respect. You earned my subscription
Respect to both guys. One for entering into the unknown and stepping out their comfort zone and the other for making it challenging enough for the novice without severely injuring him. 👊🏼
Fair play Dara. You're a legend! He tagged you with some good ones!
thank you cormac haha, damn right he did..
I started watching you from fidias community post and now i love watching your videos. ❤️
aw thank you, yeah haha, fidias is a mad man
@@DaraTah mad and committed like you
And me
This was super enjoyable to watch. Stef was a class act.
Brilliant video, great story-telling too, deserves to go viral
Glad you enjoyed it man! haha we'll see!
never heard of this fella, doing what he did in this video takes a lot more than most people realize. Subscribed. Good on you mate
such a dope video!! glad i found this channel. stef is an absolute beast as well.
Thank you dude!
So much good vibes in this video ! Huge respect from France !
Just ran into this channel and its the definition of underrated! This video was amazing mate, literally almost had me in tears when your coach was giving you those words of inspiration in Round 2 haha.
Props to you for having the courage to do this and for such a great video on top of it🔥 (Subscribed)
Stef obviously was going about 50% and pulling punches and submissions the whole time, but you actually had surprisingly good striking for only 30 days of training. I mean that as a true compliment. Most wouldn't have looked as good as you in there, even though you still clearly were outmatched.
So mutch respect to this guy love people who actually bring a open mindset and put in the hardwork In sutch a hard and draining sport like mma
Amazing bro loved this vid congratz on figthing that beast
Savage video! Absolutely mad scenes
thank you ol niall!
Dara, just want to say that you did amazingly well!
When we first heard about this we were all really sceptical and thought that there was no way you would make through, but even after just your first couple of days we changed our minds.
Really well done… you do need to get better at grappling though ;)
Thank you James!!! Yeah it was quite the daunting task haha. But I gotta say it was a lot of fun and something I’m really glad I’ve done. I’ll be back sometime and ready for grappling haha
Props to you dude for having the stones to step in the ring. Especially with a pro.. you're nuts. But also very very inspirational. I wish I had the kind of support system and stones to do what you did in this video. You keep fighting you might just end up with a contract! Keep on keeping on fella. ✌️❤️😁
You should continue doing this it’s good for you your health mental health testosterone as a martial artist it’s helped me a lot
Excellent work amigo! Enjoyed that
thank you mi amigo!!!
Your channel is very underated. I love your content.
i appreciate that thank you:D
Loved everything about this video..i could write a essay about how great this was.
i just found this channel and it's really underrated i love the content
This is pretty badass. Props for putting yourself through such a tough challenge and props to the pro for giving you the perfect level of challenge.
I know I'm really late to this video but I'm surprised it didn't get more attention, you did really surprisingly well for a beginner
haha all the armbars and crucifixes he had and the fake punching the floor to scare were amazing by Stef. Loved this video!
lolll i love the little tap to the liver as a final punch just to let him feel the pain for a minute after the fight is done
I did a program where I trained from no experience and then got to try an amateur MMA fight, watching this brought back all the feelings that I had when I was in there, I know exactly what he was feeling, getting hit is actually stunning.
It truly is insane what the body does in a situation like this, the adrenaline is something else.
Big respect to Dara for getting in there. Goodjob
You put so much effort in your videos! Deserve way more views and subs, but that’ll come :)
cheers thank you! we'll see:)
Dude your corner between second n third round giving you incredibly top level advice
Bro went out strong and has mad potential as a fighter looking forward to see you fight again
Smashed it bro, glad to be part of the journey! Rematch next year I heard
A year still wouldn't be enough time lol.
This was good bro
thank you tyler!
An amazing video!!! This deserves a lot more attention that what it got.
Brother I been there. Not in MMA but Boxing. It takes heart to step in any shaped ring, and you did it.Much Respect.
If he keeps up these videos and youtube does him well he'll be by a mil no-time!
let's hope youtube does me well haha! thank you!
You can tell the fight could’ve easily ended so many times but he had mercy. That pro fighter got lucky he got out of there alive
Fight could've ended at any point in time that Steph chose to end it. It was like watching a a grown man fight with a child (no offense). A pro fighter trains most of their lives. He was basically playing with this guy the entire time. Nice video though. Great work nonetheless.
@@freddybob807 Sure, he could have ended it, but he also gave the guy enough reason to quit.
@@BearMetro Looked like he took a body shot and was not able to continue. I don't think he quit. Good on the pro for taking it easy on him. Also good for the dude for getting in the ring with a pro.
Darcy the merciful!
That was awesome bro! Way to keep pushing! That was INSANE!!! Much respect! ✊💯🙏
Love this. All of it! What sportsmanship! Honestly it reminded me of watching a good father wrestle his son. No malice from the “father aspect. The pro was exactly that. A professional to the letter! What an absolute gentleman. Knowing the apprentices skill set and playing directly to that! From the second it started to the millisecond it ended! Maybe it’s the devil’s lettuce? But man, what a text book lecture! Proper skills! It’s refreshing to see that. Respectfully. Thank you!
you legit have my respect, there’s a lot of people i know that say they can fight but would never have they courage to step in the ring with a professional, big ups man 👍🏽
Thank you bro, means a lot. I love this video
a professional who would agree to lightly spar and save the opponent?
OK, STRAIGHT RESPECT MY DUDE!
The difference in skills is simply Insane! Thanks for showing it but still giving a very inspiring video. Respect for both!
what you did was pretty cool and takes a lot of courage, you earned a sub
I bloody love Manchester. Top quality people.
Wondered why I hadn't seen you for a while. 👍
was busy taking a beating haha
Tonne of heart shown in that third round ! To keep fighting like that great work man !
Brilliant video as per usual
thank you matthew you the man!
You took some slaps! Fair play dara
thank you josh!
8:57 Dara's soul leaving his body! :) Leg kicks looked sore, any nice bruises?
i'm still recovering 😅 big black eye, massive bruise on my leg and plenty others ha
@@DaraTah The majority of people wouldn't have had the courage to get in there. Either too scared or too prideful lol. Props to you.
This was such a great video. Loved every second.
You are a fckn beast for doing this!! Awesome vid!
Well done Dara, you look to have more than 30 days experience. To the point where I speculate wether you've casually trained in the past or prior to upping your training for the challenge. Looks like you went pretty hard although he might have been holding back a bit from what I can tell, or at least selecting his shots to cary you a bit... like he practically had you in a triangle choke near the end and then opted to stand up instead... but either way, you held your own for the most part and looked pretty decent, incredibly decent for 30 days... good stuff :)
100% -he was looking for a much more stylish ending haha. like that spinning backfist was beautiful - it's not most opponents he would be trying that on! I'm really glad it wasn't the triangle choke that he decided to end it on
@@DaraTah haha, if you come to Denmark I’m down for an MMA fight with you (with no elbows and ground and pound to the body only)… maybe like an exhibition where it’s harder and more competitive than sparring, but we’re not trying to destroy each other. UA-camr vs UA-camr, “fighting a Kung Fu black belt”, there could be a couple of interesting angles :p awesome to see how your channel has grown since I first subbed, are you also experiencing a lot of subscribers unsubbing or getting deleted by the algorithm? I was hoping to reach 35k subs this year, but looks like 30k is proving difficult enough :p
Amazing training! Now that guy is a real gentleman, he could’ve your head in mere of seconds, there’s a huge gap between a pro fighter and a just a guy who likes the sport. Still good job
You did great! Very impressed! Huge respect to the pro as well.. class act, did everything right.. didn’t overwhelm and punish you but he did a great job simulating a real fight. Great video 👏
Props for taking some of those body shots...they looked pretty gnarly
man he went reallly easy on you except for the leg kicks, you're lucky he has a heart
Dara I think u secretly like torturing ur self hahah, amazing video!!
you're on to me 👁
This video deserves a lot more views. Good stuff man
Great video!!! You actually did really well! Also props to the pro for being very respectful.
You are big inspiration for me to become successful youtuber. 😃
