well it would cost a little but body work, paint, you could do the lettering . See if you could fined the same light bare somewhere and you got a nice piece of track history back up and running. If not it awesome that you got it going again and I'm sure you will find a use for it around the track

Put power straight from battery to coil it'll power up coil and fire up the engine just don't leave power connected after you turn it off or it'll burn up coil

Probably not the best idea to spray oil into the brake lines. Or whatever that stuff was. Brake fluid doesn’t get along with other fluids. The ratchet left on the crank bolt made me chuckle. ✌🏽😎

I've had bad luck with the late 60s early 70s Motorcraft 2 bbls. Sounds like your accelerator pump might be DOA. I got in the habit of replacing them often. LOL
