I'm from the UK, so I don't even know the rules of ice hockey ... but I've been outside the arena on a night when the Vegas Knights are playing, and the atmosphere in the surrounding restaurants and pubs and even just on the street is absolutely amazing! I found myself sitting at one of those high tables in the Beerhaus drinking Buds and yelling like everybody else when the Knights scored! Magical!
Hockey is very UK friendly! I suggest buying a single seat, of your choosing, and engaging with the people in your section. Hockey fans tend to like a pint or two, so find one and tell them it’s your first ever game. I’m sure they’ll do their best to help you enjoy the event. As a business traveler, I often find myself going to games (in all sports) as a solo. So don’t let that stop you. Cheers
So glad you created this guide, Jordan. We’re thinking about a Knights game for our upcoming trip, so this info was super helpful! I’ve never seen anyone else do a guide like this - great idea!
The timing of this video could not be any better. I'll be there next week to watch the Blues! Glad to be knocking this one off the ol' bucket list. Heard the Knights put on one heck of a show!
Hey, this is great info. We are going to be headed to Vegas next month and attending the Springsteen concert at T-Mobile, so it's nice seeing the setup and parking options. I also see VGK has a couple of games while we're there, so we might try to get tickets the day of the game!
Great info very knowledgable and not many people share ideas like you well done mate $17.50 for a beer unbelliable never id pay that ever im an aussie thats about 25$ beer here 8 or 5 yr price
Went to my first NHL game the other night against the Canucks. Just wanted to say thanks for the turnstile tip. Was amazed to see people stay on the left. I went far right, straight in.
Yeah, I’d definitely get some food and drinks in me before I went. Those prices for concessions are nuts. I would like to check them out next week when I’m in Vegas if the seats are inexpensive.
Thanks for all the info! Looking forward to coming to game in the new year and you answered all my questions. Great video Jordan and keep up the great work❤
I'm thinking of going to see Toronto play them on Feb 22. I'm from Manitoba Canada. @ $17.5 US per can that's pretty expensive. In Winnipeg, the beer is half that price and the Jets are just as good.
Great video, man. It looks like the upper concourse is above the seating area, like Glendale Arena. Where you have walk down to you seat from the top of the venue. Is that correct?
Hey I’m going to my first VGK game on March 23rd are Saturday nights usually pretty busy? And I can’t wait I’ve been a fan since day one. Go Knights Go
They would be an absolute traffic disaster. The strip is far too busy. No room on the sidewalks, escalators everywhere, and they would be extremely dangerous trying to mingle with vehicle traffic on the strip.
Be careful when you buy tickets from a secondary seller, I have bought from tick pick and vivid seats and was told the tickets were on the way and never got them, one time I got my money back and a nether time did not. Paper tickets are the safest way to go
Paper tickets are exceedingly rare in 2023. Unless you walk up to ticket window they generally don't even exist. Stubhub and TickPick guarantee the authenticity of their tickets and you would be entitled to a refund if they don't deliver. Disputing the charge with a credit card company would resolve the issue if for some reason the seller did not. I would absolutely never accept a "home printed" version of a ticket from anyone. Reputable online ticket exchanges are quite easily the safest way to go...
How the hell do they get away with charing $17 for a pint of beer, who pays that? It's expensive here in UK but you won't pay more than $7-8 dollars anywhere.
It’s a 24 ounce serving, so a pint and a half. The “convenience store” concessions stand near my seat was sold out of several types of beer by the 3rd period.
@@ShowMeVegas Thanks that makes it a bit more reasonable and I must admit I once paid $20 for a litre of Blue Moon down at Miami beach so can't criticise too much. I think it's also a factor that exchange rate for us "Brits" has gone so badly, used to be almost $2 per £1 which made coming to the US extremely cheap now it's $1.2 per £1 so everything feels expensive your side of the pond.

The parade (pep rally) with drum line and cheer march thru the NY NY casino floor, 1 hour before game. Always fun to watch.
Great video, Jordan! So great that your channel is my first ever “subscribed to” on UA-cam. Going to the playoff game tonight. Too excited!
My cousin and her mom just booked a trip in spring and already have their VGK tix. I sent them your video 🥳

Awesome, have a great time!
Spot on, saw them play Edmonton in May during playoffs, the pre-game scene outside with bars and food set ups is great!

Crazy that people crowd those first couple of lines!
My friend and I were 2 rows in front of you! Best section in the fortress if you enjoy watching the game!

went to the vegas game vs the kings on dec 28, got there 30 minutes before the gates opened and it was packed

The concessions prices at T-Mobile are trying to keep up with the rest of the food/drink prices in Vegas!
Solid vid. Heading to T-Moblle from Vancouver for the third time in March. What song is that you use throughout the video?
#vloggerprobs are real
Good timing, we are going to a Golden Knights game this week, first time in 2 years
Your comment was being “held for review” probably because of your seedy reputation on UA-cam. 😂
Have fun, guys!
haha what the heck? @@ShowMeVegas
To funny right video at the right time. I'm going to the Kings game a couple
of days after Christmas. Thank for the great info
Glad it was helpful, thanks for watching!
@@ShowMeVegas hey can you drink outside area before the game
Absolutely, it's Vegas!
Thanks for this video, I'm going to UFC 300
What section are you at? is this near the drumbots?
Great video, man. It looks like the upper concourse is above the seating area, like Glendale Arena. Where you have walk down to you seat from the top of the venue. Is that correct?
That’s correct. The upper concourse is all the way at the top of the 200s sections. Thanks for watching!

Every game is sold out, so none of them are really busier than others. Have a great time, and thanks for watching!
Lets go Blues!
I'll be eating /drinking beforehand
@showmevegas why are there no electric green bicycles and steps available on the strip for quick and easy transportation??
They would be an absolute traffic disaster. The strip is far too busy. No room on the sidewalks, escalators everywhere, and they would be extremely dangerous trying to mingle with vehicle traffic on the strip.
I got my ticket for January 18th rangers knights

Great seats for $91. Can’t wait to see the Rangers in January.
Have fun! It’s a great atmosphere.
@@ShowMeVegas yeah it’s great. We went in down the inaugural year and there was a lot of blue in the crowd.
Hey is there anywhere that you can stand and view the game rather than sit in your seat?
Thanks
There are standing room only tickets available, but the viewing areas are mostly at the top of the 200s sections and the view isn’t very good.
Can you bring charging bank and/or second phone inside arena? Just wondering because seems strict.
I’m sure you could bring more than one phone, but I don’t know about a charging bank but I don’t see why you couldn’t. Thanks for watching!
Las Vegas rules
Does it matter if the bag is clear or not? I saw someone say they don’t allow clear bags
I don’t believe it matters, but I’m not completely sure. I think the only requirement is the size.

Can I buy cheaper tickets and wait until the beginning of the second period and take nicer seats on a lower level that are empty?
Or are there people checking your tickets at the entrance to each section?
There are no ushers checking tickets in the upper sections, but I'm not sure about the lower level. Sorry. Thanks for watching!
