Thanks for giving me a good glimpse of T-Mobile arena! I'm going to Vegas in 2 weeks and going to the game against Carolina, it'll also be my first time in Vegas, Can't wait!
I love this. Im a season ticket holder and I still love the experience the VGK have every game. I'm so glad that you enjoyed your time out here. Hope you do it again! Pro Tip : If you are looking for a good sweet snack, the gelato at the pizza place is less than $7 and its very very good. The doughnut place cycles between the kinds of doughnuts available (classic, strawberry, blueberry, apple cider, and chocolate) and are quite good (but expensive) to share. You also can get free entry to Drai's nightclub following games with proof of your ticket. And the shovel is from the ground breaking of the arena (my son asked one of the ushers). GKG!
Once in 2018 with a few buddies, actually saw the Caps win the cup there and partying in the nightclubs afterwards lol. It sounds fake, but once in a life time experience.
I went to Nashville and Vegas hockey games back to back…both great, but Vegas is the best. I went in February 2020 just ahead of the pandemic, they had the 40th anniversary of the 1980 US Olympic Team and I got a high five from Wayne Newton who was sitting in front of me…as a Minnesotan I was also impressed with the Vegas fans hockey knowledge. The pregame show is amazing.
I'm so glad you had a good experience! Been to a bunch of VGK games over the years at T-Mobile (Vegas raised since '75). It's always quite the event! The slot machine you saw was from the Stanley Cup banner raising, because of course the Vegas team would raise their banner out of a slot machine! The Knights have a video of it, you should check it out. Also, my back east family (on both mom and dad's sides) are Rangers fans, so they're my East Coast team, and I totally root for them...unless they're playing the Knights. 😉 Again, happy that you had fun at the Fortress!!
I just saw my friend's daughter in the parade. Both of their daughters and son are on the ice crew. Their son and my son played hockey on the Jr Reign when they were in high school. Awesome video!!
Most games are much more packed than that. This game started a 8 pm on a weeknight. Every game I've been to you can barley move outside an hour before puck drop. It one of the top 5 venues in the NHL.
Very good overview and capturing the vibe! Gotta come back for January - Rangers - a lotta blue shirts will be there - including me.....Season Tix in Sec 11!
Nice video as always. Great seats your uncle got for you. Wow! $7 for a small cup of hot chocolate! That's insane. Los Vegas T- Mobile Arena sounds more expensive than MSG. Hope you remember to put a Rangers sticker on that cute $30 Zamboni lol 🤣 I'm happy the Rangers won their game 7-2 at Montreal Let's Go Rangers!
Woah that’s an experience in itself that arena! Looks amazing 🥰so happy Joey got you that Zamboni bucket soooo great! Love this video! Viva Las Vegas 🖤💛
Krystal can you buy a sharks hat 😂, what a incredible experience wow Vegas goes absolutely all out. Thank you for sharing your seats were so amazing seeing the game that close definitely a memorable time
Thanks for sharing your experience in Vegas. They are definitely putting on an amazing pregame show that has to be seen in person. Your seats just made the whole experience even better. I loved the dance you both put on at the start of your adventure. If you're having fun so are we, keep dancing!
Very cool video. Showed up on my feed because in a VGK fan. Glad you both got to check out a game at T-Mobile arena. Checked out some of your other NHL Live videos. Good stuff 👍 I think Rangers have a really good chance to win it all this season. New subscriber
Love your enthusiasm for hockey… Tmobile is an ok arena. If you can get to Bridgestone in Nashville I think you would have a great time… Thanx for the content. Im an Isles fan BTW but right now I don’t want admit that 😢
I was at this game too. The late start games are always a little weird. A lot the empty seats were the large amount of Kings fans that left early. T-Mobile doesn’t empty out usually. But late start games people tend to leave early, especially when it’s during the week.
I have only been to some arenas but I would absolutely say Vegas is the best of the bunch. Tampa is a CLOSE second but that pregame show just does it for Vegas. It's an experience that can be enjoyed by all ages, not to mention consistently putting on a fantastic on-ice product too.
You guys should go to a Ranger game when they play in Nashville. I live in ATL now so thats the closest place I have to see the Rangers play usually twice a season. Nashville has a great arena and the Nashville Party is right outside the Arena doors when the game is over.
❤❤thanks KP I would love to go to Vegas next April for wrestlemania. Don’t think I’m gonna be able to make it.😂😂😂😂 thanks for sharing your experiences not much of a hockey fan now was a wailers fan growing up in Connecticut. Then they close down the team up and moved away 😂😂❤❤ stay safe and I’ll see you next time-Brian g.
Honestly if you're a hockey fan the Silver Knights(AHL Vegas team) also has a great game experience that, in my opinion, really battles with the Golden knights vibes. Not a local of Vegas just a visitor and hockey fan.
The person who ran the Golden Knights game day operations (all the entertainment stuff through the event) for the first several seasons left to run The Rangers game day operations a couple years ago. Just a fun fact for ya.
T-mobile Areana is such a sick arena in Las Vegas I am actually going this weekend from 10/25 Thru 10/28 Saturday I am going to the Golden Knights vs San Jose Sharks Hockey game & on Sunday I am going to the Chiefs/Raiders football game in Alligent stadium the same stadium where the Chiefs won the super bowl this past February I am a fan of both the Kansas City Chiefs & The Golden Knights hockey team I absolutely can't wait for Viva Las Vegas especially when watching this gameday vlog video
Went to a VGK game in March. I was expecting sensory overload, and I got it. The problem is that I flew across the country the day before, got in very late, and basically rolled out of bed and went to the arena, and I was unable to truly enjoy the experience. No reflection on the team and its game presentation, just not ideal planning. Hope to get back again, but with adequate rest.
@@TheKrystalPalace I've only been to Madison Square Garden in the NHL, but my club has one the biggest arena outside of the Americas as far as I know. Telekom Arena looks just incredible!
That's at least four arenas where the crowd participates in the National Anthem (US or Canada). Calgary has the crowd shouting 'SEE' and 'RED' during the opening line of the Star Spangled Banner for the C or Sea of RED. Not great if another Canadian team is the opponent. In Dallas, fans shout STARS or STAR during the anthem. Winnipeg has Jets fans chanting 'TRUE NORTH' in O Canada in honour of True North Sports and Entertainment who brought hockey back to Winnipeg. I also like what Vegas does as well. Anyone know what other teams do during the National Anthems?
I have not been to a hockey game in a long time and this makes me want to go to one. The other wrestler that was there was the current WWE Woman's World Champion Liv Morgan who is one of my favorites and it's awesome you got to see her there. If you're a good luck charm for teams can you buy a Blue Jackets hat next time? -Kyle
I never thought I'd turn into a stuffy old man haha but while I love Vegas and the pre-game atmosphere is great, inside it felt a little - minor league to me? I found myself quickly being disengaged by the in-game fanfare and was yelling at clouds about how they should be taking it more seriously haha. Nothing like the reverence of MSG! I went to see the Rangers there last year and saw Gravy and Nick Fotiu on the way out, good times
The Golden Knight got told to be a Bankee supporter lmao Everyone knows this town is DODGER territory(I'm a Cards fan so oh well lol) Also, if you thought OUR food was pricey, go see a game in Toronto's barn. $40usd for some undersized tendies and a drink
Las Vegas aren't knights fans, they're Las Vegas fans. The same with their Raiders and soon to be A's. I would ask them what Icing was and they would have no idea. It's a really weird west coat thing to band wagon teams. Same with Californians wearing Astros hats a few years ago. Or how many King's fans there were. Have you gone to a game recently. The place is empty. If I see someone wearing a Messier Jersey anywhere in the world, it's going to be a totally different experience than talking with a West Coast team (Sharks, Kings, Vegas) than a Ranger fan.
Have been around hockey most of my years worked in it and moved to Vegas several years before VGK came along. I don’t attend games but spent a fair amount of time around City National Arena. Very nice rink facility. Great to see growth of sport. I have yet to be at the rink though when there are fans who actually talk the game. Pretty unsophisticated in that respect when the game itself matters. Browsing around the Arsenal shop..folks come in..buy stuff..but no conversation about the hockey! The clerks also not interested in talking hockey shop! But the excitement is great ! I see that!
This the DUMBEST comment I’ve ever read. You sound like every other salty ass NHL fan that’s mad about Vegas’s success. We’re not Knights fans??? Wtf does that even mean. What’s with this dumb ass argument that Vegas residents don’t know anything about sports??? It’s so stupid.
