- Mastor Kang (a Chinese cosplayer) homemade an Iron Man Mark 3 full body armor over the course of 10 years (multiple attempts and repeating stuff). It's Interesting to see the attention to detail and 3D-printing prowess of the mechanisms that drive the various weapons of the functional suit. I DO NOT OWN THE SUIT OR VIDEO. The suit is quite impressive. I think equally impressive is his weight didn't fluctuate so much over 10yrs that he had to redesign parts to fit.
Incredible suit, and surprised this doesnt have more views. This is the most intricately detailed, proportionally accurate, and functional Iron Man suit Ive seen on UA-cam.

This armor is clearly made with engineer knowledge, i like how every part is connected and not just hanging on to the body of the wearer, it looks like a complete structure on its own even empty being, what sets this armor apart from the rest is the attention to detail like the joints and their covers that dont seem to hinder mobility

The joints are the first thing I noticed on the assembled suit, truly impressive.
I prefer 3D prints since it would be much durable than foam.
Them joints are the first thing I look at to be impressed with these armor builds. Getting those integrated CAN'T be easy.

There are many components to making an iron man suit. One place I discovered which successfully combines these is the Dichali Costume Creator (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the best resource that I have ever seen.Check out the incredible information .
@@BruceKenobi I have to say, pleased to see the detail, down to the elbow and popliteal (back) part of the knee joints. Om my build I spent a bit of time designing and building them also. A good many really well down armors I've seen lacked those parts, so they always looked incomplete, even though the rest of the build was top notch!. Kudo's!

This is insane.. I'm blown away by the attention to the details. Also the joints look like they actually are part of the armour. Best suit video I've seen.
Someone is gonna find this suit in a hundred years from now sitting in a warehouse and they'll believe ironman was a real historical figure lol.

I mean yeah it is possible but no one does it because there is nothing that can power an actual exoskeleton with metallic armor on top for a reasonable amount of time .. the mechanical features can be recreated to the millimeters but as of now you would need to be attached to a cable to move .. lithium batteries are not enough, also almost none of the weapons and propulsion are possible either on just battery .. so we can make it yes .. but it'll just be a wearable price of furniture attached to an outlet

I do not admire the concept artists who throw random sketches to make designs that please the human eye. These are the people I admire, who struggle hard to make the totally impractical Iron Man suit real and functional.

Absolutely insane job...I'm speachless , it's far beyond dedication and commitment, it's a unique achievement here...They did almost the same job as a fictional character...of course the technology of the arc reactor and how to fly is missing, but no doubt had it been available, you'd have implemented it ....A-MA-ZING.

I've been looking at the Mk3 files from DO3D and so many interesting things I spotted in the video. How they got a swivel / ring in the forearm pieces. The fingers! What sort of fabric or whatever glove material to get that just right! The forearm weapon is amazing. I wish there were some files to review of how other builders modded their pieces!

You know what’s crazy..... if they could some how put foot and hand rockets like in the flying things attached to arms they could make the suit fly.... also all they need to do is make those rockets real and shoot able and you have irons mans suit it’s so cool because there really not far off
