    Thank you Odlums. I've been trying to make an Italian lemon sponge cake, but ended up with clumps of flour so had to discard the first sponge. I'm doing home made redberry/raspberry jam with fresh strawberries (plus a few forest strawberries I picked for garnish) with mascarpone whipped cream!

    Lol my son and I absolutely destroyed an angel food cake yesterday and now I know why! Thank u for ur video it was super helpful hopefully round 2 goes better
