I wish the ENTIRE show could be these rehearsal sessions I would be a LOT more interested in this than the Drama. I LOVE watching Abby teach when she is CALM. There is no denying her brilliance, especially when she has this style of delivery.

They don’t want us to see that side of Abby. Deleted scenes of Abby taking lily out to eat in the first couple weeks because she could see the pressure lily put on herself and was really worried about how erratic she was acting. Lily cried and Abby told her to come give her a hug and said something like “no I don’t want to see kids crying anymore!” But said it giving her a big hug and building lily up and wanting her to know that she just expects a lot from her because of how gifted she is. Of course they leave that out.... it’s just stupid.

꧁Moon Heiwa꧂ well yes bc the drama is what makes the girls dancing have meaning, half of the meanings is based on the mothers behavior like Elliana, Her mom basically choked stacey, she ended up getting a solo “the strangler”. Without the drama, it really wouldn’t be a show that is well known, it’s meant to be dramatic. Also remember that the show is partially scripted, half of the stuff is scripted but there must be drama. The Dance community is full of drama so there is nothing to say bc that just how it is. It’s just that dance moms is more known🤦🏼♀️💀
I just noticed Abby is really gentle while rehearsing last time if they did something wrong they got yelled at
Azadar Hussain she always is they just don’t show it a lot the producers make her seem like a monster when she really isn’t as mean as they make her out to be
Okay in the real dance world. You will get yelled at for the smallest mistake. There a dance teacher 100times meaner and more strict.
TexasGirl22 girl idk what studios you go to but that’s not my experience. Yes teachers get frustrated, but my teachers never yell. They scold, but never yell. They don’t throw chairs, they don’t say “why can’t you be like [redacted]”, and they don’t give students panic attacks. Just my experience tho
Emmy Weimer I’m talking about in the professional world. Actual working dancers. Most of my dance teachers are nice. I only had an issue with one teacher, but they left.

What a REWARDING job Abby must have now, getting to work with the most brilliant little ones from across the country. It's one thing to teach dance and to choreograph, but it's a whole other thing to have brilliant artists that can bring your vision accurately to life!

That is actually how she teaches , usually the producers tell Abby what to say/do to create drama...

Wow, loved seeing this. Why does none of this make it onto the show? I know it's called dance 'moms' but they're the worst part of it!
Because the more drama there is the more people watch.
I think they actually make more money out of it this way.
Why doesn't the channel applaud an eposide that is from 15-20 minutes
1. Including pyramid
2.rehearsals of the group dance,solos,duets,and trios
3.the competition (the final performance)
4.the awards a ceremony
If u do think the same like so they would think of changing

It’s because there is an actual show for you to watch that stuff this is just clips not used in the show or some important or drama filled moments in the show

You can tell she’s an amazing teacher. It might seem like she’s an horrible person on the show, but they could be just cutting segments to add “drama”. She truly cares and if you care as the student about dancing and in proving your technique you fit perfect with her.

Have you heard her interviews? She literally said “Because Chloe can’t leave from the contract, I can say what ever I want to her and she can’t avoid it” with a smirk. She’s been openly rude and racist, and she is a HORRIBLE person. Of course she has nice moments, but like, no.

I am so glad that i finally get to see actual teaching. as a dancer i LOVE watching other teachers teach. ive been watching dance mom from season one when i was like 10 and have always wanted to see the teaching process. abby is just like any other dance teacher in this clip. of course, dance teachers get frustrated and yell things. and that’s all they put in the show. they’ve never put in all the normal stuff. a lot of people are under the impression that abby is always yelling and screaming insults. she is just a normal dance teacher. love this clip
It quickly went from Brady as the favourite to Lilly. I think Abby likes them BOTH. It’s kinda like the season 1 version of Chloe and Maddie.

Brady is Brynn.
Lilliana has always been one of Abby’s favorites. Abby loves flexibility, she loves technique. Lilliana has both.
Abby loves male dancers. So to have a talent like Brady come along is a dream come true. Brady is like Brynn with all his gorgeous lines but needs to work on his expressive side and also adding power t his dancing. Abby doesn't like feminine male dancers. Abby loved Brynn. But it's up to Brady now. Lilly is like a Maddie-like dancer. She doesn't have Brady's feet or Eliana's lines but her technique is god enough and she sells her dances. She just needs to concentrate more so she doesn't make big errors.
I love how Abby keeps doing coreo, and she’s on wheelchair. That’s a really strenght example
Lilly improved incredibly since season 7 with more ballet training, I can’t wait to see her dance when she’s older because she will be absolutely incredible
hey lifetime: stop cutting rehearsals and studio scenes from the episodes! the drama and competition make it seem like the episode is 5 minutes long and full of nothing

When you think about it, Abby is giving great tips and criticism.
If only she was this kind and put this much effort towards all of her students
She is like this normally. But they cut that out of the show. THey want drama for ratings so they show the bits where the kids haven't practiced, the moms are butting in or the kids aren't taking corrections or are crying over bad feedback.
What a beautiful, uplifting interaction. Abby comes across as so gentle.
i love this kind of content because it shows that abby isn’t always awful to the kids. she’s kind hearted and does what’s best for them

This is the type of thing that we all wanted to see in the first place. It is so nice to see Abby teach when she is calm, and little Lily dance beautifully and apply the corrections so quickly ! Both teachers are amazing in this video ( aside from the little joke about the confetti being a sign from god not to land so hard) those little things happen when you are learning a dance - but I actually think the confetti was a sign that this positive experience has helped Lily with her anxiety and helped Abby manage her stress ! This is such a magical moment. Good luck guys 😘😘💗

Honestly watching Lilliana dance was really breathe taking
Though they are both amazing dancers, Lilli is the one who exudes smooth, delicate emotion through her movements, whereas Brady is doing them well, but his passion for it seems to be lacking. It’s stiff, like he’s holding back.
It is amazing how gifted these girls are that they can learn a dance like this.
