No she doesn't have a six pack, she is very underweight and you can see straight thru her skin to the muscle underneath. Her mom really needs to feed her more because she's going to end up very short when she's older if she isn't getting enough calories to compensate for dancing all day.

lily is one of my favorites because liliana was basically the only one who kept her contortion alive, and kept on dancing. And she STILL is really cool and stays consistent on social media.

Plus, some of the girls she pitted against each other (i.e. Maddie and Chloe) were friends before the show and now arent allowed to even be around each other because of the rivalry.
