By the way, I think you can have your own dream house at a price of 100M or less in other locations. Honestly, this property is built for billioners. However, self-made and smart billioners will not spend their millions on such property. They will just invest their money on other businesses which can double their investment sooner or later. This is the best produced video of this property from drone shots, plenty of b-roll, 4k resolution, and low-contrast high DR video quality. However, I prefer 60fps video as it feels more immediate and almost true to life-24fps is old school cinematic. Back to the property, as many already mentioned, people are shocked with asking price. I also expect more. House is so Filipino in theme, design, values, technique. Very minimal glossy materials. This would be great around 200M+ pesos then I'd spend more to personalize and put more technology and features to the property. The builder feels like experienced in less expensive Filipino homes/areas and took a big jump to AAV. The CCTV recorder-equipment with exposed multiple cables in the master bedroom is a giveaway.

For 420 million Php, the front door entrance is an oversized one piece of wood? A grand home should have a double door. Lastly, WHAT IS UP WITH WITH THESE MODERN LOOKING HOMES? They are ugly. I’d rather have a modern version of an old filipino home with details that says, “WOW, WHAT A NICE PHILIPPINE HOUSE.” So many people buying gigantic homes yet they end up selling it for a much simpler lifestyle.
