It's classical but does not come out as old. This property is so massive you need to have a dozen children to make it lively and feel more like a home. Lol

Ang sarap mag Christmas - New Year’s vacation dito kasama buong family. Imagine watching the fireworks display on the roofdeck, tapos pag matutulog kayo magpipinsan, manonood kayo sa theater room. Tapos magkekwentuhan nang nakakatakot, tapos magtataguan. Good luck sa paghanap ng bahay👍🏻

A lot of land scaping and modernizing para maging lively and itsura ng bahay. Parang ang lungkot kapag nandyan sa current design. Ang daming areas na masarap palitan ng glass para Mas mag penetrate ang sunlight sa loob ng bahay
Julia was charming as always. I love the balcony with a great view but i love the roofdeck the most esp with the direct access from the grd floor. Great for parties. But i can imagine the work needed just to maintain it.

The window design indicates the owners are Chinese. The estante at the garage indicates they are into retail and food business before the pandemic. This is late 80's as indicated with the decor and furnitures. They used the bedrooms but seldom the formal spaces which is why the furniture looks good. They recently renovated some of the bathrooms. Swimming pool looks like being added during the early 2000

Meron, look for the Presello Lite section in their channel. The properties there are still expensive (15-20M or so) but nowhere near the prices of other properties shown by Presello.
