I've been playing for some time trying to put together something like this (without real success so far), 'cause spamming barrage/insight is just damn fun ! :-D This is inspiring, although the low health/glass cannon style scares me a bit. In the end it's a bit depressing seeing your average HeartSeeker doing Double the damage with half the effort, but the fun of this for sure balances it somewhat, lol
I'll discard frostbitten instead of edgemaster in favor of inner calm. I have a variant of this build and inner calm is just fine (especially against staggered bosses). Edgemaster always guarantees a damage multiplier, so I would keep it.
Any good legendary helm with dexterity/max life/energy cost redution wil do (max life and another cc effect as tempering). As aspects you may consider undying (enshrouding or cheat may be alternatives) if you want to go defensive (keep in mind you are going to lose the 20% dm reduction from shako)), maybe mangler/shared misery if you want more offensive/crowd control.
Doom Bringer, Andariel is Trash for this build u need normal Harlequin or Greater affix version u need Greater affix armour and weapon Crossbow Greater affix Crit damage, Dex, HP, 1H Sword Crit damage, Dex, HP Tempering : Marksman Crit damage Defense : 9450 HP 20k up and when u fight torment boss u need dodge Machanic boss
This build does not take advantage of any game bug (apparently) so it's "regular" and won't be invalidated by future fixes. Take for example the popular heartseeker, that builds seems to work so good due to a "double dipping" bug (multipliers applied 2 times under certain conditions instead of a single time, incrementing the final damage significantly) and it will probably be fixed in next season or patch.
*Update* based on latest PTR patch notes for S5, seems like we will be using WINDFORCE and deal gigachad damage! :D

i dont get how this works without imbuements.
Imbuements don't add much to this build and you run out of imbuement stacks very fast anyways. I tried it with cold but pure physical is just better
