Quick question, do you have any drugstore eyeliner recommendations for tightlining? I have tried a couple (all waterproof!) but they always seem to run leaving a little black line on the outside of my eyes. I don't know whether my eyes just water more than other peoples or something haha but i'm constantly having to touch up the outer edges of my eyes. Any tips?
There's one my maybelline I like! It's the gel one but in a retractable pencil!
