G'day mate, If you take that screw back out now and then put it back in from the inside of the nestbox to screw it back into the log so it gives the perch a stronger attachment to the nestbox
Geese would be a great addiction. I’ve never owned Pygmy geese personally but everyone claims that all geese are super aggressive. I find them to be super sweet until breeding season comes lol
