@@bettabotanicals I used it for one of my Vampire Crab builds and wouldn't ever use it again. Though it is handy for specific applications of heavy bits of wood etc that just won't hold with any other method. I'm looking forward to seeing part 2.
@@LostVivarium I’ll never have as cool a tropical garage as Troy though! 🍂 I have a few more projects in mind to get it really tropical. Insulation in the attic is next 😬
Really cool video, I loved it. From personal experience of keeping Ranitomeya sp. at a high level - ventilation is SO important - if your misting is good, the humidity will be absolutely fine. The frogs need good ventilation!
Thank you for the kudos! The big 18x18x36 above has Rani's too, and they are breeding in the bromeliads, so I would assume they are happy? 30-second spray in the morning and 30-second spray in the evening. Humidity always said 99 on my Govee meter, too. I need to give them some tad pools or canisters, though.
@@bettabotanicals wow - sounds like there are doing great. Personally, I would have shorter mists more regularly, however I understand different set-ups have different conditions. Would love more videos!
Great video! I've never tried using compressed cork panels, that was very interesting. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out! You're braver than I am with the cutting of your own glass :) I just get Lowes to cut it for me, but I'm also terrible at it. You make it look so easy!
@@cmterrariums thank you for providing a quality conversion lid! 🍂🤎 cutting the glass was scary the first time - the cracking of the tool is the worst part 🤪
Such a helpful video dude! Can't wait to set one of these up!
Cork pannels are hands down the best option for any build.
Spray foams take away from the natural vibe of the tank as well.
Great video!
The texture is everything for me hahaha the foam just didn't look as natural.

So happy to see the tropical garage method gaining traction

Nice work. Fantastica are by far my favorite and the first frog I ever got!
I've been following your YT and Tiktok! I need to try that clay!
