The Juki is actually a serger or overlocker machine. I use Baby Lock machines and sergers since the 80's, that Juki is an early 3 thread machine and an absolute workhorse! Will last another 40 years if well cared for. Sergers can come with up to 8 threads now. I use a 4 thread that has an air thread feature for the lower loopers which is such a great feature. Anyway, if you ever buy another and want to thread it to see if it works Im happy to guide you thru it. Some brands/models can be tricky. Those Vans by Oliver Peck are cool. Ollie was one of the hosts/judges on the tv show Ink Master. He is really well known and respected in the tattoo world so great find.
Stayed till the end! Wow you sold a lot of stuff! Good job. The summer slow down is over for me, and I'm going to start listing Christmas to have some up by Sept...when people statistically start holiday shopping. BTW, Energy levels have to do with the atmosphere/earth/sun/all that...everyone is feeling it. The schumann resonance is very high.
Interesting because a few others in the area talk about feeling down lately too. In the winter this area gets inversions pretty bad - we’re always knocked out by those
Good morning from Tucson! I've been enjoying your videos for awhile and thought I had subscribed but I usually watch on TV and there'd no way to do that so I checked on my phone. Now I'm subscribed ☺! I enjoy the randomness of your finds, I'm the same way. I do primarily on line estate auctions locally because I don't find much in our thrifts and I actually hate shopping 😮. Now with a back issue that makes it even more difficult. I buy a lot of mystery bags and boxes for no more than $10 and while some have been nothing but old holey bed linens (not sure how these Co's can do that) the others make ip for it. One recent auction was 3 huge boxes of holiday decor, all high end Halloween, Christmas, and valentines. Sold a hallmark collector stocking for $40 in 48 hours, paid for the whole sale plus. Thank you for your informative videos, it's always like chitchatting with a friend, I like the style of them! I'm sorry you're feeling sluggish and off your game, someone here mentioned perimenopause I wasn't sure if you had said something about that but yes I understand. Went thru menopause 12 years ago (I'm 62) and I can relate. I swear I was having hot flashes again a couple of days ago! Hang in there and be easy on yourself ♥. Thanks for sharing your beautiful countryside as well, love your garage sale videos. Love from here and hello to husband and boys!
I grew up in Oneida County where my mom would drag us to the Oneida's factory store. It was torturously boring. If I had only known then, everything I've learned from you. 💰 Also, I've been in peri-menopause for a few years and it's no joke. ❤
Hey! I sold a 2 pack of vintage Goody pics for $40 thanks to your video!!! Just in case if you need one more thing you don't really feel like doing a new research video would be great 😂 Really do learn so much from your videos. Thank you!
Actually, learned about vintage aprons, ties, belts from you as well and have sold at least one of each. Your love of sharing your knowledge is so appreciated! I share your info with anyone who will listen lol
I’m glad your sell’s are steady. I can relate to your lethargic mood. It’s been that way for me too the last few weeks. My sell’s are suffering though. I’m the only one working my reselling so I need to shape up and get on with it.
Was going to ask you… Poshmark 2.5 years, eBay this year. Mostly clothing lots of vintage some hard goods… what should my next/third venue be? Etsy? Ruby lane? Depop? Mercarie?
Don’t “should” on yourself. Perimenopause is real. Great video - as usual your candour is refreshing. Thank you.
❤️❤️

Thanks! The Mr did the recent sewing machine listings so I’ll pass the info on. Surprised he missed that while researching. 😊
💌 Thank you 🐝🤟🏽
Thanks for ur advice 👍 🙏

Yes I’m fortunate to have a hubby that works no matter how he feels. I try to do that but it’s hard.

What era of vintage mostly?
We’ve been pleasantly surprised at Depop lately - and it’s fairly easy to list on if you’re familiar with Posh too
No return, no refund.
That is not a "sewing machine." It is a serger.
👍🏻 good info!
This is a life-saver: Enzymatic Therapy AM/PM Perimenopause Formula.
Thanks for the tip - I’ll check 👍🏻
