Question! I acquired maybe 60ish ties from the good will bins. Between ( Calvin k, Michael k,nautica, round tree, cremieux, d trump, Tommy hill figure, brooks brothers) 6-8 of each, except for trump I have 2. Is it best to sell them in lots by brand? Or lots by variety of colors? I would like to sell in lots to move them faster

How do you decide which platform you put these items on? Did you put them on a platform and cross list?

Milne books were part of a set of 4 - The House at Pooh Corner, and I think just Winnie the Pooh. They were my favorite books 80 years ago when I was 6 years old. I can still recite the poem, "Now I Am Six," which ends, "...I'm as clever as clever, so I think I'll be six now forever and ever."

My favorite A.A. Milne book! I have that very one on my bookshelves. Priceless to me.

Those are indeed vintage egg poachers. Love the ties you found, I never find good ties anymore. I sometimes buy bags of 12-15 for $5 just to check them for value but usually end up using them for crafting. Ive been hunting for silk scarves with zero luck. I went thrifting yesterday and found 2 pieces of clothing to sell, Eileen Fisher and OSKA, a couple magazines that should do well, some patterns because they were 20 cents, and small fabric pieces. Thats all I could find for re-sale. I did buy a genuine linen duvet cover, king size, for the fabric. It was $22 but gives me about 12-14 yards of good quality linen so the price wasnt an issue. It had been dragging on the floor so parts were filthy. When I got home I found the tag, West Elm. Now I have to decide if its worth more to sell it. Hate it when that happens, lol.

I did recognize it from the textured "wrinkling" that Coogi was known for but still, had to be a very limited run. The Coogi sweater wearers werent known for wearing ties, lol.

Growing up we had a dishmaster it was mounted on the tile above the double sink.. these were sold at more expensive specialty shops, not places like Home Depot at Home Depot wasn't around....I don't remember my mother had it put in, or just there.... my father was quite Adept at fixing & doing things around the house.. it was a older house maybe late 50s early 60s, expensive neighborhood Ladera Heights..90056.. house sold for a million dollars within the last 2 years.. they completely gutted it.. you can't buy anything for less than a million dollars... definitely not a trailer item.Laxvespa-LosAngeles .

So I understand-whatever price replacements says eBay generally sells for half of that? Replacement says 10$ then eBay would for the most part be about 5?

GREAT VIDEO! I sell about $5000/mn in flatware. I typically pass on the Henckel I find while sourcing. I will give it a fresh look since I have gotten lazy. I comp certain brands since they are hit or miss. Henckels, Farberwar, Rogers, etc fall into that catagory. That said, I look for 4/$40 stainless flatware pieces so there is tons to be bought. I don't INTENTIONALLY buy lower values flatware but I know it is very sellable and profitable. 4/$20 brands and pieces are everywhere.

I picked up a set of Henkel’s Synergy flatware for myself before I got serious about reselling. It was probably after watching your videos that it occurred to me to look it up. I’ve been selling it in lots since then and made some nice $. Paid 5 for the white set at a garage sale. 😁 BtW, I made it into the top 10% of flatware and cutlery for 2024. You can take credit for that! So thank you again. PS, I really hate photographing it, so it sits in my “profit” pile too long!
