I love vintage staplers and will pick them up whenever I see them for reasonable prices, especially the Swingline CUB line of smaller staplers. They come in nifty colors, too!
Before watching this I had decided I liked the office area and after watching this I like even more. I watched this right before going to an estate sale and ended up spending a good portion of my time there in the office. Got staplers, one of those electric pencil sharpeners, never been opened quality pens and a lot of other cool stuff. I find that offices are kind of a personal space that people put some of their most loved things in. I f
Your videos are like a refresher course for me. Remembering things I have sold and maybe some things I currently have around that may be time to list. I sold a swirled green Bakelite mounted hand crank pencil sharpener, and a cast iron Coca Cola sharpener. I’ve also sold some desk top files and organizers. Currently I have a giant industrial tape dispenser. I never listed it because it was so heavy, but now I know about flat rate boxes, so I think it’s time. Thank you ! 😊🤓🥰
Retired teacher here! Just subbed your channel! I just bought a vintage stapler at an estate sale last weekend. Who knew it was a collectible! Thanks for the education.
What fun - I have owned a Takahashi Siamese Cat tape dispenser since forever! I had no idea it was a brand of some kind. I had never seen another one (thanks to you, now I have) but I have always loved mine. I love office supplies - great information. Thank you!
I am already a vintage office hoarder for my own self 😅 I have always picked up the planner punches as a no fail quick seller but I was shocked by some of these comps for other items! Will def be on the lookout in future :)
I know of an abandoned office building from 1935 that has a supply room with staplers on every desktop and the supply room has stuff from 1935 to 1991but even though it will all go to rot it's stealing so I just took pictures of them not to mention computers from early 1970s to 1991 and every desk has supplies drawers calculators adding machines fountain pens pencils with advertising all frozen in time
@@pishposhreselling I did go through a few desks and looked at many computers and found them to be mostly floppy disks type and some had hard drives with half a gig and chip speeds of one tenth of 100 Pentium and The owner of the Factory Chloreden had a silver fountain pen with hall. Marks
Saddle staplers are very difficult to find, popular with Crafters making booklets... years ago I sold a amazing iridescent green one... some of them may be quite old...LAXVESPA-LOSANGELES

yes!! super cool colors!
I love the vintage office stuff. Most of the time it is overlooked at estate sales and thrift stores, so I get it cheap.
That is definitely a benefit! And less crowded rooms!

Ty!
The shipping on those organizers is very very high, that might be a turnoff to buyers.

Oh I maybe forgot to mention those - we sold one as well awhile back.
