Sadly this Yandere Elliott experience has triggered me and scarred me for life. And it sucks because the real Elliott is my dream man. I live for a romantic prince charming kind of guy who sweeps you off your feet and makes you feel special all the time. While also respecting you as a person and wants you to be with him as a partner and an equal not his property. But Yandere Elliott is just like my abusive ex-boyfriend. Extremely possessive and thinks that he owns you and is willing to go to any lengths to "keep" you. Seems like a prince charming at first but then slowly peels back his layers to reveal the sinister hellspawn he really is. The whole thing of breaking into your house/into your room at night while you sleep. My ex actually did that once.

Fun fact, after Elliot jumps off everyone will be questioning where he is. Like if you talk to anyone they’ll either question where he is and ask you, or they’ll assume he left to go to the city without a goodbye.
However, if you do talk to the wizard he’ll also give some really interesting dialogue.

Yeah a lot of people mention that his disappearance is odd like Sebastian and Abigale hint at him committing suicide, maybe because of their more dark and emo styles, Shane says that he understands the feeling which makes it pretty clear knowing Shane, Leah mentions that she has always been worried about him as she says “it is common with artists,” and the wizard basically confirms it saying that it would be better to not tell the town the truth.
I love how Shane remains unbothered while the other bachelors are fighting 😂

it's a fantastic mod, I remember wasting hours and hours just to get every single dialogue and little details. Loved it.
I know the typing sounds over the letter is supposed to be Elliott’s typewriter, but it just makes me think you’re frantically googling what to do about a stalker while you read LOL

I’ve seen another video about this mod without the letters, and BOY HOWDY do the letters add so much to this. I was like “oh this isn’t that bad Elliott isn’t super awful I’m surprised!” Then we got the ‘hey I broke in and watched you sleep’ letter and wowie zowie I feel unsafe

I always loved this portrayal of a “yandere” character. The obsessive, codependent, and anxious kind. Maybe it’s because I can see where they come from and why they feel such fear.
But anyways, this mod is so fun to watch! I wish I could play it personally but I’m a console player ;-;

YESSSSSSS- Lezzgo! The Black Route tho initially freaky becomes absolutely heartwrenching should you divorce Elliott. Gets dark and then just leaves you empty/guilty... especially when you read everyone's dialogue after.

it does discuss it on the mod page when you're gong black route! it doesn't work with the mod in that it won't make sense, but they're still able to play together perfectly fine.
As much as I love a good ol yandere and despite how well done this mod is, I have to say I definitely prefer regular Elliot. But I do love how this mod manages to keep him as in character as possible for making him so possessive and obsessive over you. He's still charming and poetic and sweet, unless you take the black route. Which makes sense too. His behavior is unacceptable but they added layers and managed to add some level of reason to his bad actions. However I can't bring myself to keep this mod. It's a little too much change for me personally. It's definitely worth trying and playing yourself, if you can though.

Eh I haven't played this game (I have watched my girlfriend play though and im thinking about getting it on steam if its ever on sale :D), and even in the normal game he seems somewhat creepy.
@nova14414 The only thing he's done that people take issue with is a cutscene where you're already dating. He takes you out into the ocean for a sweet confession, can't find the words, and then kisses you. But again, this cutscene takes place AFTER you're dating. Imo taking your partner out on a little boat date and giving then a kiss isn't creepy.
@@nova14414 Shane, Harvey and Sebastian all have creepy heart scenes where the line of consent is blurred too, but they almost never get talked about. Harvey's is arguably the worst, but people conveniently always seem to forget that.

this mod caused me to develop the most concerning crush on Elliott and had me sobbing by the end of the black route. still taking my time with the white route, as I need a more lighthearted resolve to this romance gone wrong
hii idk if you'll see this but can both routes be done on the same file? I did white first then erased his memory can I still do the black route?

@@berinaydn8743 you should be able find your game data by opening %appdata%/StardewValley/Saves
There you can simply copy it and change the name - I also recommend changing the farm name, so you can differentiate the two. If this doesn't help you, then there are more tutorials online. Those also helped me a lot :D
Otherwise I wouldn't have any idea of what I'm doing either

My brain when I played with this mod: But... I don't think at all.
If I thought any more I would have left town
I'm curious on what would've happened if we told Elliott he was lying when he said we were "sick" and needed to stay at the cabin. We know ourselves when we're not well due to the notes in the bottom corner of our screen, the energy bar, and also health bar when you take damage (something unknown to Elliott obviously). Even without that, I think we would be able to tell either way when we're not feeling well. Also, how would we not be in great physical help when we're doing physical labor with farming and fishing if do so? Though, curiosity does kill the cat some say.
for sure, though the “scared” responses seemed like they wouldn’t have done much in the end anyway, definitely worth a try in another playthrough ! 😅

From what I remember, he says something like how he would never do that but even if he was lying, what could we do about it?
He just gaslights you and is like I’d never do that but what can you do if I was lying then eventually allows you to go out and around town again.

I've seen the Yandere Shane and the Yandere Sebastian / Abigail mods, but Yandere Elliot is just the best.
Maybe it's also the way you went with it, but I just think, that the letters, the melodrama and everything just fits perfectly. Elliot is such a perfect yandere character. The way he worded his letters and talked to "Farmer" was just... ARGH!!! I love it! 😍😍
That he also is an author just fits perfectly with the letters and the way he talks in general. He knows how to phrase things and capture you with just his words. He didn't need to get violent like the others in the other mods. He just needs his words.
And the dark ending? Perfect!
Everything is perfect! 😍😍 I will get this mod and make him my husband! Maybe I don't even divorce him, as long as I can move around in town.
