My mom just helped me order a Xbox Series S off Amazon bc it was my sweet 16 birthday last week and I mostly got money since I don't play with toys anymore. Estimated time for it to arrive was October 21st - October 28th but it actually came earlier than expected bc it came today while I was in school so this was very helpful :). I already played on Xbox Series S bc my older brother has 1, he got his last year, and he felt bad I couldn't play a Series S of my own yet so he let me put my own profile on his til I got mine today, even though when I put the profile on his I had to make a new account bc I forgot my info from when I had the account I had when I played on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. I mainly play on PlayStation 4 but I'm ngl, I'll probably play this more often than that. I'm obviously still gonna keep my PlayStation 4 though bc I have my other games like Five Nights at Freddy's: Core Collections and stuff on there and all my PlayStation friends. I've made so much friendship bonds with people on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo throughout the years it ain't even funny and I don't want to lose any of that. Anyways, again, this was very helpful and thanks 😊.
As a PC gamer, it is nice to see how the Xbox evolved. I had the clunky Xbox 360 that served its time. As you may know, some Xbox games have not crossed to the PC world yet hence I am purchasing this just to play those games. I don't see myself needing to pay for game pass or upgrading the storage. I can just buy a game from my PC and download it to the Series S. My shipment is coming tomorrow.
I’ve had this console for 6 months and it is mind blowing to see how good it works. It may be the smallest Xbox console, but it is one of the best Xbox consoles. The lame part about this console is the storage. We all know it is a small console, but still, 360 GB is not enough. Anyway, I love this console so much ❤ :DD
Appreciate the video man. Im 12 and my 6 year old gaming laptop just went out of date so i got a job with my dad -honda dealership- and saved up just enough and this seems perfectly balanced for $300 compared to a new $2000 computer
I have a ps5 and series S and i gotta say, the smoothness of the ps5 is a lot better but its almost not noticeable if you dont have ps5 or series X. The S takes almost no desk space, quiet, and more customizable than the ps5 at the moment too. Def worth the buy.
"If we didn't want to use this [app], then what else can we do..." - My thoughts exactly when setting this up. Thankfully you can set up right thru the console itself. Damn apps!
The Xbox One S is available in 500 GB, 1 TB, and a "special edition" 2 TB model, which originally retailed at US$299, $349, and $399 respectively. The 2 TB model was released on August 2, 2016, and 1 TB and 500 GB models were released on August 23, 2016.
I personally would get 144 hz monitors over 4k-8k TVs cuz I care more about performance so it can still play 1080p HDR and most importantly 120 fps which is a huge plus for games like Fortnite, Halo Infinite and stuff like that
The Series X and PS5 are so hard to find im considering a Series S just to have access to the next gen titles coming out. Game Pass more than makes up for the lack of a disc drive, and for the price it looks amazing
I've read some comments around the interwebs about the series S and how people aren't unhappy with their decision, which makes me feel better. I have been a Playstation fan since the PS1. But I am NOT going to wait another year or MORE, to get my hands on a next gen console, so I picked up the Series S today at Walfart. As long as this thing updates sometime today then I'll be good to go.
I just brought one simply as I have all my games on store so the disc drive isn't a issue and also if it plays next generation games I'm happy with that for the money and what it performs it's a great console

So if I have a normal Xbox and I’ve downloaded games on there from the store and I sign on the Xbox s do my games go on there apart from the disk games?

Definitely buying a Series S. I have an XBONE X Scorpio Edition which is absolutely fantastic, but I want faster load times and just smoother gameplay. How ever I will wait for the $299 Series S and not buying one online for $499 which is as much as a Series X. S should hold me over for a bit.
I’m saving up for an Xbox Series X because it’s more powerful and supports discs. After that I wanna buy an Xbox One X for another part of the house since it’s smaller and the Series X can’t fit there. I’m getting an Xbox One X instead of a Series S because it supports discs and has more storage. I’ve heard that the Series consoles are very easy to mod, but I don’t wanna risk my account or my Series/One X by doing that. So maybe someday I’ll buy an Xbox Series S and make another Microsoft account on it just to use that console for modding. Also it’ll be a used Xbox Series S because I don’t wanna support digital only consoles. I think in terms of just design, the Xbox Series S looks so good, but being digital only stops me from wanting it to be my main Xbox. I’d rather stick with the Xbox One/One S/One X since they support discs.
Do not bring an Xbox Series X anywhere near my 1080p Samsung Smart TV and 1080p Acer gaming monitor. As per my strict 1080p safe zone policy, only Xbox One consoles (including the One S and One X) are allowed due to their disc compatibility. The Series S, although aesthetically pleasing, is digital only and not welcome in my home. BUT IF U dare to BRING THAT XBOX SERIES X/S NEAR MY 1080P home it will get one ticket out the door on the streets by the sidewalk! only if it a xbox 360/xbox one its gets a freepass to stay at my home!

Exactly I have one and I love it better than the original xbox one that's for sure
Having it next to your ps4 ciuld be great, switching between platforms just to play for a while.
I'm getting one for sure
Same, keeping my ps4 for exclusives, and xbox for gamepass

I wish my ps5 looked like this. I love this design
I love the fact it gives u the ssd option totally worth it.
Congrats bro, you're living the dream!
How do you put a game you bought on pc on the series s?
@@zabiullahMONTAGESMicrosoft store
I’ve had this console for 6 months and it is mind blowing to see how good it works. It may be the smallest Xbox console, but it is one of the best Xbox consoles. The lame part about this console is the storage. We all know it is a small console, but still, 360 GB is not enough. Anyway, I love this console so much ❤ :DD
How do you download offline games to play on Xbox?
You can buy a External HDD for old gen games and use the SSD of the Xbox to play new gen games
Best Console in the market at a reasonable price.
Got mine today, This little box is amazing !!
You think it's worth it for next gen gaming ? I want to play next gen but I don't wanna have to spend $500+ for a console

I personally would get 144 hz monitors over 4k-8k TVs cuz I care more about performance so it can still play 1080p HDR and most importantly 120 fps which is a huge plus for games like Fortnite, Halo Infinite and stuff like that
I have a 180hz monitor
The Series X and PS5 are so hard to find im considering a Series S just to have access to the next gen titles coming out. Game Pass more than makes up for the lack of a disc drive, and for the price it looks amazing
damn this music at the beginning was crazy im trynna watch a video not bust a move

I’m definitely getting that my old Xbox one from 2015 has to update like everyday and it takes half an hour.
I upgraded to this from a one s cuz im only going to be playing minecraft fortnite and halo and cold War on it
You just named all the games I'll ole playing

I'm going to be playing Untitled Goose Game, Minecraft and Rocket League mostly so I'm hopefully getting one

Even with the Series X it depends on storage too because the disc just installs the game much faster onto the ssd, but it being 300Gb available on series s, that’s like 3-4 games and ur out of storage.

He probably had it on for a few hours(remember he downloaded some games and I'm pretty sure forza horizon 4 can't download in 10 minutes?) I also got the series s and the fan only ramps up around 2 to 3 hours of heavy use or graphically intensive applications!
this was a big upgrade for my gaming because I've always needed too use an old computer and a laggy tablet

BUT IF U dare to BRING THAT XBOX SERIES X/S NEAR MY 1080P home it will get one ticket out the door on the streets by the sidewalk! only if it a xbox 360/xbox one its gets a freepass to stay at my home!
when you dont have high expectations than you are amazed, maybe the best xbox ever!??i was totlly amazed and didnt expect this kond of performance.
