Voldemort has been the most powerful and dangerous Dark Wizard of all time. He was amongst the greatest wizards to have ever lived.
Tom riddle’s life is considered one of the most detailed stories, because the character has many developments throughout the series.
so in this video i’m going to focus more on Tom riddle’s time at Hogwarts, analyzing his dark choices such as acquiring knowledge of the Dark Arts, Creating Horcruxes by splitting his souls, and the developments that turned him from Tom Riddle to Lord Voldemort.

I always hoped JK Rowling would make a 7 book series on Voldemort's school years in the same vein as the Harry Potter books any HP fan would love such a compelling story. There's a lot we don't know most of what we do know is from his 6th year there's plenty more adventurers of sorts, dark mysteries and stuff we don't know about. I'd bet it be one of the highest selling books of all time even exceeding her other works a Tom Riddle series would be truly fantastic!
True! We Harry Potter fans would love it. We don't really know about his friends or anything of the sort. So to have books or movies made would be amazing. Riddle was an intelligent person and also very charming. Also his good looks just helped more. He should have an entire series dedicated to him.

They could do a spin off where it focus about Tom Riddle story I would actually know more about his father and mother side and what led him to wanted to be a dark wizard and maybe also include Herpo The Fault I wanted to know how he learned the curse spell Avada Kedavra
There is also Ron’s Brother Charlie Weasley which I think is the only character from the book that didn’t got an appearance in the movies should also have something with him too it was something about he was working with Dragons

Not many talks about it but I wonder how a young Hagrid was when he was a child was he good with magics or was he more into animal creatures did he also had anything special abilities
There could also be spin off where it follows a new students with a new story from either Slytherin, Rawenclaw or Hufflepuff

There is a quote I like from Louis Saccer‘s Wayside school series. “Some children can be angels on the outside and devils underneath.” which in my opinion is a good quote to summarize Tom Riddle.
It was all Dumbledore's fault. Not his intention ofc, but because he's a Gryffindor so he has a bias and rivalry against Slytherin, he was always antagonistic and severe with him, he brought Tom to Hogwarts not to guide him and teach him, but to keep a close watch on him. Which only grew his resentment
If Dumbledore treated him better as a kid, Tom could've turned out like his ancestor Salazar. That still had his views about pure blooded wizards, but wasn't evil and a killed, like Tom turned out later
Basically he was driven to become Voldemort
There should be a cinematic adaptation of Lord Voldemort's life. A biopic one.

Good video about Tom Riddle's time at Hogwarts, though when he first arrived was it assumed that he was a muggleborn and not half blooded until he was sorted into Slytherin since there were no muggleborn witches and wizards sorted into that house? With him being placed in Slytherin that caused him to research his heritage?

i liked the video, one of the things we never really found out was why he wanted to be immortal. we know that Tom was living in the orphanage during WW2, i think that may be a reason as to why. He was possibly scared or dying because he lived in the muggle world and had nowhere else to go if something happened to the orphanage. idk, it's one of the things i find most interesting about his character. After the creation of his Horcrux's and develling into Dark arts, he got obsessed and it messed with his mind. i really want a separate part series that explain all of his thought process, why was he at the orphanage if he had living relatives? why was he obsessed with becoming immortal? was it the muggle and wizarding wars that scared him of death? where did that fear come from and why was he running from it?
I don't think he was scared of death or at least it wasn't the main reason, he just had an obsession with being "special" and being immortal would make him very much special. He even said about his mother that she did the "pathetic muggle thing of dying". So in a way I think he just wanted to set himself apart from everyone else though I guess a certain fear of death could play into it because dying also means losing all his power.

So maybe Tom riddle is the child grindelwald was searching for?! An extremely powerful child ?? Plus its interesting that even as Grindelwald was creating waves worldwide Tom never seemed to have any plans to join him. After all he was at school at the time of Grindelwalds rise to power and probably would have heard of what a powerful wizard he was and his similarity of ideology. So maybe he was already confident of being better than Grindelwald or maybe he despised being anyone’s follower and wanted to create his own legacy. I hope they make an elaborate web series on Tom Riddles rise to power and also on the Marauders time at Hogwarts. No movies pls as that would mean so much compromise which is unnecessary and would ruin the potential of such a series.

He collected all those Horcruxes so he could put a piece of his soul on the objects so he could be immortal I assume he wanted to be the most powerful wizard since he was attached to be the best, most powerful and most fearless wizard and was probably inspired of Herpo the Fault experiments and wanted to create his own Horcruxes just like him

there is something wrong with your timeline, to make a horcrux it is stated by JK it has to be done right after the victum of the person making the horcrux is killed, so he must have talked to slughorn before he killed murtal OR unknowingly made the first 2 accidentally not knowing he was splitting his soul (but i highly doubt that is the case considering one of jk editors was sicked to hear what the FULL process of making a horcrux ((canabilism maybe but thats off topic)) so i doubt he did it unknowingly) anyways thats all i had to say other then that, loved the video.

Tom killed Myrtle and His father before knowing anything about Horcruxes.
when he knew about them thanks to Slughorn, he used the murder of his father and myrtle to make the diary and the ring horcruxes.
